I’ve lived in 5 apartments over the years and by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Work recommended anyone to live here. Nice place, Overpriced and Corporate-Like
April 17, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThe place is nice, but the longer you live here you realize how overpriced it is. The rent is extremely high and goes up every year. There are no ammenities (no gym, no pool, etc) And the fines and consequences for paying late are ridiculous. You better have strong security, because if you run into a hardship this group will be very unsympathetic. I've asked for the regional manager to contact me regarding a recent problem on my account and have yet to hear from them. Also - they do a LOT of ...inspections. Literally one or two a month, which really takes away any sort of sense of privacy.
