May 30, 2025Had an excellent time living at redwood Indianapolis. Maintenance and office staff were both great. I’ve lived in 5 apartments over the years and by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Work recommended anyone to live here. Truly only down side is if you are going to have a dog park it should be grass not rocks. But that’s just me nitpicking.Property Manager Responded

Nice place, Overpriced and Corporate-Like
April 17, 2024The place is nice, but the longer you live here you realize how overpriced it is. The rent is extremely high and goes up every year. There are no ammenities (no gym, no pool, etc) And the fines and consequences for paying late are ridiculous. You better have strong security, because if you run into a hardship this group will be very unsympathetic. I've asked for the regional manager to contact me regarding a recent problem on my account and have yet to hear from them. Also - they do a LOT of ...inspections. Literally one or two a month, which really takes away any sort of sense of privacy. When the old leasing manager worked here, I would have given this place a better rating but since he left it has felt like corporate housing and not a home.Property Manager Responded
