Review Loved my apartment. They kept the grass cut, and if any appliances went bad, they instantly got it fixed. Only gripe is that the walls are thin and you could hear the neighbors music if they’re playing it too loud. But the apartment were great for the year that I lived there.

Redwood reflection My husband and I retired in 2023 and decided to take a season to explore the Eastern United States.
We moved to Lebanon and rented our lovely apartment at Redwood.
We found the layout to be efficient, up to date, clean, and extremely comfortable. The staff was very responsive and willing to go above and beyond to make us feel welcome, to address issues that came up, and to give us a sense of being valued and appreciated. Moved In 01/25/25 Had a great experience with move in. Amanda is awesome and had nice gifts to welcome us to Redwood and my favorite caramel iced coffee. She even brought over root beer for my husband and left it at our door. We really love our new place and plan to stay for many years. Thank you for a wonderful experience and a clean new home!

Amazing staff Love the staff and that they had a welcome care package on the counter for me. Garage doors automatic and sinks have awesome pull out sprayer in a deep stainless steel frame. Best apartment living I needed a break from home ownership. Redwood apartments provided a beautiful environment and living space with ample storage space for stress-free living. I had one of the best views of pond and lined trees from my patio with no backyard neighbors. If anything needed attention , it was performed the next day. Neighbors are friendly, and neighborhood is very safe. I purchased a house and am back to being a homeowner. If rent had stabilized, I would probably be still ...

Move in experience My husband and I had looked at several apartments before we discovered Redwood,. We fell in love...so much better than anything we had seen. Redwood feels like a neighborhood instead of an apartment complex. It's quiet, it's open and spacious, it's clean and modern, an overall peaceful vibe. We felt guided through the whole process of getting into the apartment, from the application process, to signing up for utilities, to signing our lease. The office agents communicated ...
promptly and clearly. On move-in day, my husband and I met Arien, our leasing agent, at the designated time for our walk through and to get our keys. She was very friendly and thorough about the details of our move in and welcomed us to reach out at any time with questions or needs.
Our apartment was clean, fresh and move-in ready. We enjoyed the special touches of wine and wine glasses, and even toilet paper and paper towels to make our first days feel right at home.
