February 1, 2025Redwood is like home I can’t say enough “good” about Redwood. The neighborhood is clean, quiet and safe. In 1.5 years, I never had a problem. Office staff is great and Tom, (the maintenance man) is awesome. My husband was ill and passed away in October, 2024. Management kept in touch along with Tom, to make sure all was okay with me. They don’t know how much I appreciated knowing they were only a phone call away. Moving day came and I have to say, I felt sad leaving the place that I ...considered home. I will miss my neighbors, the deer and the hummingbirds when good weather gets here. Thank you all, so very, very much!!Property Manager Responded

It was seamless. and the move-in packet was impressive with lots of details to explain useful tips and safety measures within the home. Danni was extremely patient with me as I changed my mind a couple of times about a few items and the exact apartment. I normally don't write reviews until after I have left an apartment complex, but felt the need to do so now for Redwood. I have only been here for a few days and the most impressive ...thing to me is the lack of noise. All the other apartments I've lived in (to many to count) I could hear the use of facilities, washing machines, talking, front doors slamming shut, etc.... HERE: NOTHING! no doors, no talking, no use of facilities. I'm impressed, as I rack that up to the apartment/building layout and construction.
