A safe place to call Home!
June 15, 2020Great Experience overall. My mom lives at Redwood in Louisville anytime she has a issue with anything in her home the staff is prompt and courteous to come out and fix it asap. Very expensive with hidden charges
February 3, 2019This place is overpriced. There is a lot of hidden charges. When you sign the lease, they tell you that you responsible for the rent, electricity, and gas. But the first month the hidden charges struck. Expect to pay each month: Rent Electricity Gas Water Waterwaste Trash Waterstorm Administration fees Also, the only way to pay your rent is through their website and they only add these extra charges one day before the payment due date.
