Enjoyed the natural setting We greatly appreciated the opportunity to overlook the "marsh area" enjoying the red winged black bird calls and the sighting of deer, though the number of rabbits was a bit too much. Sunsets were phenomenal. Maintenance were prompt in their responses to problems and office personnel were knowledgeable and professional.

Good experience We lived in the Redwood Louisville for 3 years and overall experience was good. Maintenance was always on time and did a good job. Office ladies were always energetic and happy to assist. Only complaint was the rent price (which I understand Louisville cannot control)
