Wonderful Staff!
May 6, 2022I toured Redwood Apartments today in Noblesville. Cameron, the property manager was very nice and friendly. He was able to answer all my questions and address all of my concerns as it’s been a while since I rented. We are looking for an immediate place to call home for the time being; Unfortunately the wait list isn’t an option for us but I still wanted to write this review just because how positive our experience with Cameron was! He was happy, efficient, welcomed us with a smile, and tailored ...the tour to meet my needs and it felt personable. I have toured 4-5 other communities recently and we felt more welcomed at Redwood than anywhere else. Thanks, Cameron/Redwood for the wonderful tour ?. Poor Property Upkeep
June 5, 2021They tell you that lawn care and snow removal is included but beware... They DO NOT take care of the grass or landscaping. I've been here approximately 7 months and the grass gets so long because they only have it mowed every two weeks. I asked my neighbor who has been here 3 years and she said it's always like this. I literally had to go get my lawn mower out of storage and mow my own grass just so I'm not embarrassed to have company over and entertain. I spoke to the manager Eric and he ...basically blew me off. I spoke with the maintenance manager (great guy) he told that they aware of it and they were receiving many complaints about it. He also told me that corporate was coming that day and they were going to discuss it. Clearly, they were not discussing it because its always been this way according to other tenants.Property Manager Responded

Just Amazing!!
January 12, 2017I started living at The Hamptons almost a year ago. Whenever I have a maintenance problem they are on it. It is well kept and the office staff are a delight. It is also in the best part of town so you can walk to get groceries or even to the movies!!!Review from Apartments.com
