Nice Place, Terrible Service and Price
July 1, 2021As one of the only pet-friendly places available, your options are limited, and the apartments do look nice. The one time I called a service tech was also a decent experience. Unfortunately, that's where the upsides end. Communication was terrible. We had an issue with the neighbor's dog barking and howling, and staff repeatedly dropped the ball over the course of a year. They would take a step and then sit on it for months until pushed. Then they asked US to move! We eventually talked ...with the neighbor ourselves because we wanted to stop them from serving an eviction notice after failing to tell her about the ongoing issue. There were numerous days we wanted to get in contact with staff in-person (pre- and post-COVID) only to have them out on some other property during the times they were supposedly open on-site. Snow plows were slow and inconsiderate. Heavy overnight snowfall forecasted far in advance repeatedly didn't get addressed until late afternoon, and the area in front of the garage was often ignored. Lawn care was infrequent and plagued by dead grass. Your pet fees are basically eaten up and don't go towards much of anything. They will 100% charge you for replacing the carpet in any room your cat so much as hacks up a hairball. Even after hiring a professional for deep cleaning, any minute invisible spot will be picked up by a blacklight and no repairs will be attempted whatsoever. And since, from talking with our neighbors, this is a common occurrence, don't expect to get away cheap from carpet depreciation unless you can somehow afford the ridiculous rent price for several years. We left as soon as our first lease was up, and it seems they're adding even more rules and restrictions this year. Be sure to read them, and then find literally any other place that accepts pets - you'll be a lot better off.Property Manager Responded

May 6, 2018We moved here from Indiana in January 2018. After spending the winter in a vacation condo in Port Clinton, we started looking for a place to call our home. Redwood has exactly what we needed and wanted. All one level (no stairs), 2 BR 2 BA with washer/dryer hook up, quiet, and pet friendly. Close to town and not far from the big city. Norwalk has everything we like to call home. We look forward to experiencing all this small but active community has to offer throughout the summer months. Redwood Village
August 25, 2015We relocated from Georgia to Ohio. We didn't have the opportunity to come view it before we put down our deposit due to our schedule. The Apartment was everything the website said it would be. The apartments are single style homes. We have no neighbors below us or on top of us. The apartments come with attached garages!! That was a major plus for us because of the winters here in Ohio. Our neighbors have been amazing so far! They are so friendly and the best part is they are so accommodating to ...our three dogs! This by far is the best apartment complex we have lived in so far. I would recommend this apartment to everyone. It's like having your own two bedroom house with your ow garage.
