Making us feel like we would not be able to sign another lease after 4 1/2 years. So we moved. We really liked it there too. The neighbors were very nice and enjoyable to talk to. January 2, 2025Spacious Condo Like Living I loved the apartment, it was spacious with lots of storage and a 2 car attached garage. Where I lived I had a small patio that overlooked the pond with a fountain. Only negative was no upgrades ever done to the apartment while I lived there. I was there for 6 years and would have stayed but life happens and you need to adjust. Would recommend Redwood Living.Property Manager Responded

November 5, 2024Amazing! I would give 10 stars if I could. Scheduled a last minute self-guided tour after leasing office hours and the model home still had so much information available. Very clean, love the openness of the apartment and the pet policy is seriously the best I have seen anywhere. The furnished apartment helped put into perspective living in one of their units and it truly feels like a single-family home. Neighborhood was very quiet and we even got a couple waves and “hellos” from residents ...taking walks. very excited to submit our application and hopefully becoming residents here!Property Manager Responded

Rent is high and Month-to-Month is even higher!
April 27, 2017I have lived here for going on 12 months. I am building a house and needed to do a month-to-month for a month or two. Their Month-to-month charge is $500 plus the market value of rent! so over $1800 a month!! It is crazy and being former military I have lived all over the country and have never seen month-to-month rates this high! Funny thing is there was no month-to-month when I signed the lease. If I would of known this I would have never moved in here. Also you can hear your neighbors through ...the wall if you don't have a TV or music on. They are nice apartments but not worth the monthly rate or the $500 up-charge to do a month-to-month! I would highly suggest looking else where if you plan on needing to do a month-to-month. They are firm on their policy and will not budge. Like I said nice apartments, good front office staff and maintenance personnel, but their policy and prices are outrageous, and they care more about the money than the customers who pay on time every month and have no issues.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Staff is Nice, Quality of Construction is Poor. Overpriced for what you actually get.
June 6, 2016We've lived at Carrington Ridge for almost a year. I will say that the staff have been courteous, and the maintenance staff have been very responsive. Unfortunately, for the price paid, the apartment is very underwhelming. The Good: They're one of the few places that allow multiple pets. That was the primary reason that we chose this apartment. The staff is friendly and responsive. The location is nice and convenient. Short-term lease options. The Not So Good: While I understand that there ...are always issues with new construction, it definitely seems that the contractors used had no particular interest in doing a good job. Very low quality materials used (windows, flooring, fixtures). We've had a number of issues with the front door not closing due to the frame being out of square. Sliding door is out of square and does not seal, making the apartment drafty. Paid more to heat the 1,200sf apartment, then our 1,800sf house in the winter. The vinyl flooring is laid down very poorly (it's peeling up, and there are quite obviously stones that are underneath the vinyl that weren't swept up prior to it being laid down). Finishing screws intended to hold on bathroom fixtures, such as the shower knob and towel holders, were left out. These pull off in your hand. The fridge is very small and a cheap model. Has significant issues with defrosting, which leaves puddles of water inside the refrigerator. Smoke detectors are extremely sensitive, so forget about being able to use the self cleaning function on the oven. The pond is overrun with Canada Geese and has become a scum covered mosquito breeding ground. No visitor parking (spaces are filled by residents who seem to have 5 vehicles renting the single-garage units). Neighbor who considers the apartment complex his personal drone-flying spy game, which makes taking walks unpleasant. All things considered Carrington Ridge is average, but charges upscale prices. It's okay for a short-term stay. I would not recommend it to anyone planning to stay for more than a year.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
