Smooth move-in process! The move-in process was so efficient. My apartment was spotless and smelled so fresh and clean when I walked in. The maintenance man even stopped by to introduce himself and welcome me to the neighborhood as I was moving in! Michelle in the leasing office is super friendly, professional, and helpful too! Great place to live! Our apartment was so quiet. And the staff was extremely responsive. I loved living at Redwood. Having a garage with extra storage space was perfect. And there was plenty of storage space within the apartment. Having a back patio door allowed me to grow some herbs and flowers, and sit out there all summer. Highly recommend.

Great living experience Easy Autopay system through website and/or app, thick walls so we very rarely heard neighbors, quick response time on maintenance requests. Overall, living here was a wonderful experience. The only downside was the lack of windows and natural light while living in a middle unit.

Ok, it was convenient for me living there. I needed an attached garage and a place near by high school plus a safe neighbourhood . Well, Briarwood has all that. Everything inside is cheap including carpets, stove and vinyl on floor. There is no washer and dryer like the photos they post everywhere. You have to buy yours, just in case you depend on pictures before you rent. I saw the photos and was decieved. Back then they had a photo with a microwave too which decieved me too, now they removed ...
it. I bought my microwave as well. I stayed there for two years and they sent me a bill for 1099 $ to replace carpets,venyl floor and even bathroom capinets. So the thousand dollars deposit is gone plus an extra 99$. They even added 9.31$ for stove top drip pan. Which by the way will gonna smoke everytime you cook and the alarm will set off frightening everyone in the house.

After living in a house for 20 years I thought it might be difficult to downsize. I was thrilled to find Briarwood Cove. Beautiful apartment homes with attached garages make you feel like you're living in a condo. The setting is peaceful and quiet...so quiet that I never hear my neighbors despite shared walls! The office and maintenance staff are professional and attentive. I'm very pleased with my new home!
