August 2, 2025Best staff and great neighbors! We spent seven months living at the Redwood complex in Troutman and never had one thing to complain about. Cam is friendly and professional and runs the office very well. He is proactive in communicating to residents and is always looking for ways to get community engagement. They host events like book club and dog friendly social events! Also, Mario and the maintenance staff are responsive and helpful, which added to our comfort while living at Redwood. Great local Redwood Manager
March 21, 2024We have had a good experience with our move in and also quick response from manager and maintenance guy. My suggestion would be to use a better quality of paint on the walls.
