    Great Maintenance, Poor Move-Out Communication We enjoyed living at Redwood Troy — the neighborhood was great and Casey in maintenance was absolutely awesome, always helpful and quick to respond. Unfortunately, our move-out was frustrating due to poor communication after a management change. Even though we clearly shared our moving plans and followed up by email, important details were still missed.     New Home We love our new home. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The maintance is responsive and really professional. I am from columbus and lived in multiple nice dublin apartments, ( the farms, schottestein properties, and so.) But this takes the renting experiance to a new level.
