Move in Picked up my "keys" on move-in day by Appt. That all went very well and on time as I preceded the movers by only an hour.
I had not seen my specific unit before, although I toured similar ones. I was a bit shocked when I entered as it was much nicer/bigger than I expected.

Not very good I was able to smell sewer gas in the bathroom. The ceiling fans cannot be adjusted due to their high height and lack of remotes. Also, the property managers have their favorites. A resident working through the property manager can make life there difficult.

The big move We moved from Florida, after a 3 day drive we were exhausted, Sam and the rest of the staff were wonderful. Nice place to live We lived there for 4 years and for the most part we enjoyed living there. With any rental community there are always things that happen that you may not like but it’s about how they are resolved that is important. The maintenance crew are great. I never had to worry about leaving our dogs out if they had to come in. They always loved on them. I think when Rose took over things changed for the good. It’s a quiet community and we enjoyed our time there.

Nice rental living! We rented for a year while building a new home. Being out of the rental housing for many years we were very happy with our time at Redwood. Office and maintenance staff are amazing. Loved the one story floor plans and garages.
