Very Nice Property We are about six months away from moving into the area. This was our first exploration of apartments in the area. This is in a great location and has great amenities. We will likely end up in a Redwood property (because of all the locations).

Everyone was professional and nice . Melissa was very kind to me. All your maintenence guys were very friendly and fix what was needed quickly.
The only complaint i have was the water pressure when taking a shower but i lived with it.there was bothing you guys could do .

Beautiful Home, Awesome Staff We had a wonderful time living at Redwood Valley City. The units are beautiful and really feel like a home, and they really try to let you make it your own. Whenever we had an issue, the staff responded quickly and we had everything fixed by the next day. Living in a low maintenance community was so amazing, and we will greatly miss it there. If we didn’t buy a house, we would have absolutely stayed at Redwood Valley City for another 5 years at least. Of course, I ...
wish there were some more community amenities for the money, but we truly felt at home at the Redwood community, and we would not change our experience for anything.
