March 1, 2025Beautiful Home, Awesome Staff We had a wonderful time living at Redwood Valley City. The units are beautiful and really feel like a home, and they really try to let you make it your own. Whenever we had an issue, the staff responded quickly and we had everything fixed by the next day. Living in a low maintenance community was so amazing, and we will greatly miss it there. If we didn’t buy a house, we would have absolutely stayed at Redwood Valley City for another 5 years at least. Of course, I ...wish there were some more community amenities for the money, but we truly felt at home at the Redwood community, and we would not change our experience for anything.Property Manager Responded

July 24, 2015What could be better than coming home to an apartment with a personal entry door on the outside as well as through the attached car garage? The property is beautifully landscaped and well lit so you feel secure and safe, located in a country setting. We have a small lake view, and beyond are cornfields with a backdrop of trees. Watching the sun set and rise is truly stunning. All units are beautifully maintained and equipped with the latest kitchen appliances. This is a pet friendly ...community too.
