2.5 year Residents We have nothing but great things to say about Redwood Vermilion. Shannon and Bob really know how to make you feel at home. Shannon was always on top of any requests and her communication was always on point. Bob wins over the whole neighborhood every day (including the dogs) with his personality and the work he does whenever there’s a need for repairs and other maintenance work.

The BEST place to live in Vermilion The Redwood Vermilion is such a quant & cozy place to stay. Shannon really went above & beyond to make me feel at home & answered all of my questions I had. Bob the maintence man also will drop anything to make sure you are taken care of! My first week living there I locked myself out & he was there in under 5 minutes to help me out! Super friendly staff & beautiful neighborhood. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you both for your hospitality!! Would ...
