The walking opportunities and amenities nearby to shop, eat and drink are so close! I am looking forward to exploring Singing Hills trail and meeting new neighbors. He showed us several models and explained everything very well. I never felt rushed, or like i was a bother. You can tell he cares about the the community, as he knew everyone's names, and even their pet's names. There are so many floor plan options to choose from in the community.
