Great Place to Live
May 2, 2025I don’t normally write reviews but this is my 2nd one after living at Redwoods Wolverine Lake the past 7 months. First of all, it is a beautiful and quiet community which I appreciate since I am a private person and do alot of wildlife advocacy work from my office daily. Secondly, I want to thank Natalie, Asst. Manager, for her compassion and thoughtfulness after the loss of one of my cherished dogs recently. Redwoods is a very dog friendly community and I truly love seeing “most” of the ...many dog walkers and their special canine buddies going for daily walks. I really enjoy my home here and the maintenance crew are always quick to resolve any issues. Thank you.Property Manager Responded

March 17, 2025Great place! This was a temporary housing situation for us while our home was under repair from a tress falling on it. Redwood and their employees worked with us and our insurance company to secure housing and furnishings. Being unable to live in our home was very stressful for us but Redwood made it as seamless as possible every step of the way. The apartments are very spacious with an attached garage, we would consider Redwood Apartments if we ever decide to sell our home. I already recommend ...them to friends and family. Beautiful and cozy
April 2, 2024With several different choices in Floor plans I wasn't sure which one we wanted! With the amazing office staff helping me along the way we were able to get the one we chose even in the time frame we wanted too! Amazing Management and Staff A
May 3, 2019I been searching for a nice place to move into and a place to call home and I came across these apartments and came in to view the styles and different options, and when I met Bri and Troy that day I notice the honsity and the nice friendly attitude towards me. They worked very hard to have the apartment ready to move in and take advantage of the generous special that they were offering in April. January 11, 2018This is truly a unique place to live. These are the feel of a home, the convince of a condo, but the ease and affordability of an apartment. I love our neighbors, there is a sense of community & care that I have only experienced in my former houses once living there multiple years. The furnishings are high end & we live the layout. It’s a lot of “bang for your buck” with the floor plans & layout of the development itself. Adrian & staff are beyond amazing, they truly care! They even have 24 ...maintenance. When they say pet friendly, they mean it! I wish I had more space in this review to provide more glowing review. Love It
July 12, 2017Love living in these apartments. They seem like condos. The community is great and neighbors are wonderful. Love walking our dog in the community and seeing other with their dogs. The only bad thing is this is an apartment and people come and go. So I miss the people and dogs when moves happen. I would recommend this place and have to others.Review from Apartments.com
