In the year I stayed here management has switched multiple times and conditions in the apartments were horrendous. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances, please go somewhere else.

Management sucks. Gym is always missing equipment. Scanners take forever to scan. Packages are always misplaced or missing. Maintenance and cleaning is good but they don’t fix half the appliances

Terrible everything sucks do not live here. Too much rent for what u get. Maintenance is rude, security is WEIRD, workers are mean, packages get stolen. So much more furniture is cheap and wood is terrible it breaks.

It’s a great environment to be in, it’s right by the campus so it’s convenient if you go to Georgia State University. It’s by a bunch of food spots , the pool is nice and I can say so much more !

I didn’t have a window. Horrible rent prices. Management changed way too often. Would never live here again. They honestly don’t even care about making the place a better living community because I’m literally getting charged $140 more than my rent was supposed to be and somehow I’m living in a little jail cell with no window. It has been the most depressing and anxiety inducing year of my life living here .

The rent is too expensive for the amenities you are receiving. Although they try to keep the place clean, they do not replace any of the gym equipment. For example they are missing the 20s and 30s and a bunch of the yoga mats and they do nothing to replace those. Also the mail room is never open and even if your package does arrive the front desk takes it before it can go in the mail room and then we never get a code for it anyways. question and their renewal rates are more expensive than the current rates , and the pool is disgusting and we told maintenance and management that our door doesn’t lock properly multiple times and all they do is unscrew it and screw it back in. We also sent an request that dishwasher was rusting before we even moved in and they come in mock us and our request and say that oh the dishwasher isn’t rusting and then they leave without fixing it

It’s okay. I don’t like that we can’t call for noise complaints at night, after hour lockouts are $75, people shouldn’t be charged on their first occurrence. Besides that, mostly everything is good.
