July 10, 2025Mgmt & Maintenance - 10 You guys do a great job. Unfortunately, there is only one maintenance man ands so many apts. Will patiently wait for the blind caps that are missing on porch doors & bedroom porch door. As for the constant dumpster issues, it is my suggestion that cameras should be placed high up on bldg & close to dumpster to stop those tenants leaving unwanted furniture, mattresses & bags os used or unwanted stuff for others to take. They should be taking these things to donation ...places or a public dumpster. It obviously costs the company $ to haul it all away. The camera would see the perpetrator and the would be charged the $140. to haul their unwanted items instead of the company paying the cost and the man power of our only maintenance guy!!! the cost the companyProperty Manager Responded
