It’s been an awesome experience while living here. The front office staff and maintenance is always on point. They all have taken really good care of me and my family while here, they make sure that things are right for us and always do in a timely matter. I call, they come and take care of it pronto!

I went in to apply today and everyone working there was so polite, professional and cheerful! The world would be a better place if all employees put as much thought and attentiveness into their work. I'm beyond impressed! This place has the best staff and property manager I ever met at an apartment complex!

Rats and Roaches

for them to send the maintenance guys to remove the rats which they did not want to do i requestec and asked multiple times for them to fix all the holes, yes HOLES throughout my apartment that were there before i got there they moved me into an mold infested apartment, they never finished painting my kitchen, the wood laminated flooring is peeling up and has been peeling up everywhere since i moved in Feb of 2015, the tubs do not work only thw showers the A/C works sometimea and runs all the ...
time no matter how much i use bleach , and scrub my walls, floors and inside my cabinets the roachea are everywhere im embarrassed to even have guest at my house when i know that i am clean but i dont know if the rats will pop out or the roaches feel like attacking that day ive complaind repeatedly about all my problems and nothing has been done ive even requested if i could be moved into another apartment that they had avaiable the front office told me now. Ive requested to be moved into a new remoled apartment that they seem to be only giving to new tenants they told me no ive been inside a couple of the newly remolded apartments and they dont seem to have rats or roaches because they gutted the entire apartment and basically built it from scratch again so theres no holes for rats to get in.. Ive tired to keep my cool about this but my attitude definetly gets the best of me when im paying for something and my hard earned money is paying to live some where thats consider a good area im mot e the rats and roaches and mold problem the front office and the manager have told me for a fact that she knows the property manager personally and she is not going to pay for the repairs of my apartment and if i wanted to move into a new remoled apartment i would have to reapply even though im already a resident now im just asking to be treated fairly this is cruel to have people living in conditions like this if i could afford to move i would have the first time i saw rats whixh were 3 we killed i seen one big rat so far layed traps down i called the ofgice over 3 timea before someone answered the phone so i could tell them about the rats again which they coulsnt do anything abouy tonight so we have a loose momma rat running around i had to go out once again and buy rat traps i am scared to close my eyes i have to check on my children every 30 mins to make aure the rat isnt in there rooms or on them i cant believe this is happening again i dont want to live like this

There was a good reason this was the cheapest place around, but they've just been bought by a new company that is making a lot of good changes. All the buildings have been painted and reroofed, and I'm told there will be new cabinets and countertops in all the units soon, as well as a new playground. They've been doing inspections and enforcing rules that were previously ignored to even clean up the attitudes of the tenants.
It was always decent for such ridulously low rent, but I think it will ...
