I have lived at Reflections going on 12 years now, and it’s been fantastic. You can’t really beat the location; there are grocery, drugstore, banking, pizza takeouts, liquor store, dentist and doctors offices tax preparation, nail salon, high school, library, and a fitness center all within walking distance from these apartments. The office and maintenance staff are very attentive. Emails are answered the same day, maintenance requests are handled same day, or latest, next day. It’s a breath of ...

We LOVE it here. No exaggeration. Wonderful school systems that bus. Mishawaka school system does not bus their kids, but this apartment complex is in Penn Madison Harris school district. The community is really clean and quiet. Timary in the office goes above and beyond to make you feel at home here and is incredibly friendly to help you with any needs or issues you may have. When we moved in, the maintenance director took it upon himself to cone off a parking spot perfect for our uhaul for ...
easy move as well as he laid down some large strips of carpeting for us so we wouldn't get our new carpets dirty upon moving in. The apartment it self feels like home. It's so quiet here. They updated their apartments, so you have the best of the best. Highly recommend moving here if you are looking for a "home" not just another apartment.

This company will take every penny from you if they can. Fees are crazy here. It's laughable how little they actually are in the office. You never get any questions answere you need. This is the worst apartment experience I have ever had. It was so bad in fact that it drove me to buy a home so I could never be bullied around like that again.
Save your money and time and sanity and DO NOT rent from this company. Stay as far away from them and their parent company.

Staff is friendly and the apartments are really nice. Maintenance is very nice and fast. Schools are awesome. Never had a problem here and the neighborhood is quiet and small. Right next to shopping and food, just a really nice place.
