Again DON’T do it! I guess they pay people to write those nice reviews because I see a bunch of lies and I mean it. They are money hungry they overcharge you, take forever to fix anything that’s damaged, staff is stupid and disrespectful, not enough space, roommates, mold, trash issues and more. Don’t do do it!! I try to apply for a apartment there and when I put down my deposit to hold a spot they started charging me rent even though I didn’t move in I never received a key or anything they continue to charge me rent for every month that I wasn’t there they kept my deposit and told me I owed Them more money they also put it on my credit report and try to send me to and someone who was not an accredited debt collection agency so I could get it off of my credit report.

This place is horrible. I have lived here at reflections for almost a year and I would not recommend anyone to moved here. Reflections apartment have a horrible gnat/insect infestation ISSUE and they pair you with horrible roommates without doing a real background checks on them. I was moved because I had a roommate that broke all the rules to the leasing agreement but the office did nothing until police was called and then moved me. Living in my first unit was hell .I had the most worst ...
experience ever. I hated living there because I didn't feel safe with a roommate who was on drugs who kept the apartment dirty, nasty, who was a thief and had a few people living in her room and who had given people keys our apartment whose name was not on the lease that would be coming in and out of the apartment as they please ;just to say the least. After that they moved me to a new apartment and I noticed in the new apartment it also had a gnats/fruit fly infestation issue in that unit as well but my new roommate was okay but later moved out because of the gnat infestation in are unit. ALSO I WANT TO MENTION THESE FRUIT FLYES BITE. I have contacted the leasing office in regards to this matter and this matter still has not been resolved.The pest control they hired sucks. I watched the pest control guy spray the unit and the bugs would multiply as spraying the place was pointless. I invested my hard earned money for pest control traps and Here are a few pictures of what I m currently going through. The insects seem to manifest and multiply once you kill the first batch of insect for the week even if the apartment is clean and there is nothing in the sink. I am currently getting my lawyer involved to break my lease as we speak. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHANCE LIVING HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Some reviews I found online really scared me at first about Reflections. Those reviews were really old from a few years ago, but now Reflections is under new management. I absolutely love living here! I live in a 4x4 and my fourth roommate was matched with their roommate system and it worked out well because we all get along. lol I definitely want to stay here for the rest of my college life because it is perfect how close it is to the USF Tampa campus. This place is a JOKE. Their rent is overpriced and their units are run down. I lived here for 3 years and was so happy when I left this place. The office staff is rarely helpful and unknowledgeable. Pets are welcome, if you enjoy overpaying for your furry friend to live here. They will assign you the worst random roommates, that are supposed to be assigned based on a roommate survey that was completed (not true). If you plan on talking to any manager on the phone about your frustrations, they ...
will make you feel like you are in the wrong. Not to mention, when they replaced the furniture in my unit, I had some personal things go missing. When I told the front office about it, they could have cared less. I would give this place less than one star if I could.

It seems that every time something happens and goes wrong (which is very often) something else come up.
Pet friendly which is cool but,
The walls are so thin I can hear the guy next door snoring or when the people about me shut a drawer,
They have a horrible ongoing bug and FLEE infestation (That even after months of complaining they have no resolved),
The non upgraded models furniture is not even usable,
Work orders usually don't happen at all,

ceiling started leaking gallons of water today,
They don't check or clean the apartments after people move out (ours was trashed when we walked in)
Roaches, Roaches, and more Roaches, silver fish, centipedes, etc.
Not just students like they claim (There is a family of 6 living above me),
They wont fix the alarm system that keeps beeping (when I called again I got no reply),
Fridge leaks,
Roach droppings everywhere,
Limited cabinet space,
The walls are gross and marked up from the previous people living here,
Ripped broken furniture upon move in,
The list goes on. Absolutely am not happy with this place and would never recommend it to anyone. I am not a picky person either and I've never had a worse experience.

But I decided to look around at other place to live in the area. Found reflections (on apartments.com no doubt) and it was cheaper than dorms and included more? I figured I had to give it a shot.
