Very bad experience in my 8 months of living here. Management simply does not care about the residents and have given me a really hard time about simple things.
I would recommend to look elsewhere if you want to rent and not have consistent headaches from the management.

The 2-bedroom Bimini townhome is impressively spacious. I love having a private balcony right off my upstairs bedroom and the added convenience of two storage rooms. You just don’t find townhomes like this at such an affordable price anywhere else would cost a fortune.

I moved out a month ago, and they were continuously giving me the run around about my deposit. After weeks of calling, the finally told me yesterday that they sent my deposit to the wrong address over 2 weeks ago and if I still haven’t received it that it would be a charge to reprint my check. This place takes forever to complete work orders. I had to repeatedly make a work order for my daughter bathroom due to a red substance that continued to come out of her faucet and stain her bath tub. They ...

this is the absolute place I have ever lived. Moved in and within a month every appliance besides my fridge needed some level of replacing or fixing. The AC unit was so old my electric bill was $200 a month before they fixed it. The leasing office also did not even have a key to get into my placed to fix anything and instead of admitting it they simply put off the repairs. When I asked to speak to the property manager they said that I was not permitted to. upon attempting to fix my AC they put in ...
a temp AC unit that generated mold that took over a month to have cleaned. Dealing with the leasing agents is an absolute nightmare. I moved out over 3 months ago and I still have not received my security deposit back and now they are trying to charge me money to issue me a check. I wouldn't wish this apartment complex on my worst enemies or at least anyone thats scared of roaches that is.

The pool inside the condo is always clean and with the pretty environment there you can feel yourself really comfortable. Nothing superb about the place. slightly overpriced. Overall decent place to live. If I had the option to live here again, I probably would look for another apartment. This was my first apartment alone, so it was not horrible for my first place. The staff in the office is okay.

Great area excellent schools close to the beach Boca mall shopping nice people college kids and families close to 1 95 and the turnpike nice amenities with gym raquetball courts two hot tubs tiki area massive pool gorgeous units massive downstairs living area great nightlife close to Mizner for entertainment all together a great place to live!

I've searched a lot for the nicest apartment I could afford with the best location and amenities. My apartment definitely covers that and the maintenance and office staff are very helpful as well. It's a nice area to walk around, and there's is little restaurants right around the corner like Outback Steakhouse. There is a little gym in the neighborhood and a pool and two jacuzzis. The apartment of course is clean and well maintained. If something is not working they fix it or replace it. I got a ...
