I was initially told my credit score qualified, but after paying application/admin fees I was later informed the requirements had changed under new management. Communication throughout the process was extremely inconsistent. I was told multiple times that management would call me back regarding possible options, including paying a higher deposit, but I never received any follow-up. I also received a request to leave a positive review before my ...

application process was even finalized, which felt very unprofessional. Overall, the process felt disorganized and misleading. I would strongly recommend future applicants get all qualifications and policies clearly in writing before paying any fees.

I’ve stayed here for going on 1 year and a half and was on the waitlist for a year lol They definitely call you back just don’t miss that phone call because they have to move to the next person . It’s close to the highway so you can hear the semi trucks ,I’m use to it but it’s annoying The pool don’t open which in my opinion it leaves the kids doing crazy things like pull fight alerts in the hall way and knock knock run They keep the apt landscaping top tier The gate is A1 now it hardly breaks ...

and when it does its fix immediately I enjoy living over here everyone friendly and the staff is cool and understanding

I love staying over here the neighborhood is quiet the staff is very friendly and nice especially ms Wanda and ms Joy the maintenance staff is awesome they respond right away I have been here one year going on two and I just resigned my lease and I love it quiet I haven't seen nothing going on here I also like how the trash is orderly you don't see trash everywhere all around it's a safe good community

I have lived here for 3 years and the staff is good also maintenance, if you have a problem they get it done right away. the only problem I have is the parking we do not have assigned parking, and if you are not home by 6pm in the evening you have to park so far away and walk to your apt. and at night it is dangerous.
