Quiet and Clean Place to Live
April 8, 2024I really like it here. Everyone is really nice at the office and maintenance is quick to fix things when you need then. I've been here for 3 years and never had any issues. I love that they have a fitness center and a big pool as it's super convenient for me instead of having to pay for a membership somewhere. I also really like that it's super secure with cameras, bright lights, gates and a security guard too.Property Manager Responded

Love where I love!!
March 19, 2024I moved into Regal Towers almost a year ago, as I come up on my 1 year lease renewal I am excited to say I am going to renew again! I love my cozy little apartment! Anytime I have an issue maintenance always comes quickly! I love that there are so many cameras on the property especially since I live alone. It made my parents feel better about me being alone, not to mention security on site too! I have noticed as long as you follow the rules and pay your rent on time it overall is a very ...enjoyable place to live I don't understand what everyone complaina about!!!Property Manager Responded

Enjoyed living here
March 5, 2024I am writing this review as I get ready to move out after 3 years. I am thankful for my time here but I am moving out of state. Besides the obvious plus of location and price, my apartment really has been great. Maintenance is really quick to respond, security was able to track down a misdelivered package, and the office communicates all the upgrades going on. What I will miss the most here is the auto pay for rent, the convenience store downstairs, and the parking. None of these things are ...offered in my new place.Property Manager Responded

November 2, 2023This is the worst apartment complex in Southfield. This place is infested with roaches and bed bugs everywhere. I literally have to break my lease due to how disgusting this place is. Pest control does nothing but lay these stupid traps down and try to blame you of why they're not going away when this is a BUILDING PROBLEM. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They have lists of people with the same problems and act like this is normal. Health department needs to shut this place down and give these hard working ...people their money back because these roaches aren't going anywhere anytime soon. The worst apartment in Southfield
December 30, 2021This is the worst apartment in Southfield. When walking into the building it smells. The staff is very rude I’ve gotten multiple racist reports from other tenants in the other buildings they steal packages when reported security told me ole well this is not where you want to bring you family PLEASE DONT MOVE HEREProperty Manager Responded
