January 5, 2022Terrible management, maintenance, neighbors and living conditions! Don’t waste your time and money. Very cheap but you have to put up with many hassles! Basically the company doesn’t follow through on anything and gives you the run around or excuses. It’s not safe and the tenants around here don’t care about their surroundings, so there’s trash everywhere. Very loud and the walls are thin!Review from Apartments.com

September 1, 2020Pros: Affordable living for a family. Cons: No supervision of kids by families. Kids swear and cuss. They also throw trash all over. Will video record you, and cause altercations. Parents don't do anything, and management doesn't do anything. Recommendation to avoid at all costs.Review from Apartments.com
