You will regret signing the lease if you move here. First, cellphone service is unrecognizable. The complex sits between rows of electrical power lines. These create what is called a magnetic field that block cellphone signals. If their corporate office and management would take the time and expense to research the problem they would know this for themselves. They will sell you on 'Non-smoking' residence, but you will be subject to the constant smell of marijuana. Third, the trash bays are always full. Why? Well again, if Management would take the time to record the events of the complex, they would notice a truck that trespasses onto the property each week and unloads their trash into the bins here. Which leads to the next grievance, there is no physical security on the premises. The side gates do not lock and the entrance gates are often open. Fifth, many occupants are noisy and disruptive, with constant running about.
Read the reviews, you will see that those who rate low are given the advice to contact the corporate office. EXCUSE ME, if I am the customer making a complaint don't you think it prudent to contact me and resolve the issue?
