June 23, 2025When I first moved in at the Regalia, I was super excited! I fell in love with my unit. The floor plan was everything that I wanted! But this has been by far the worst experience in apartment living that I have ever had and has continued to get worst since moving in in April. Starting with appliances not working to major water leaks and black mold growing on the walls.Property Manager Responded

June 6, 2025I really like the community so far. Very quiet, nice, and mostly well-kept. My only issue so far is the unit I moved into was not prepared well for move-in. First it was unlocked when I moved in and smelled like someone legit smoked a blunt 30 minutes before. It was not very well cleaned. Lots of water damage to the cabinets, A/C did not work, broken cabinet doors, strong smoke odor, and other random things here and there that should’ve been handled before move-in that were not. Management has ...been great so far though. I don’t regret moving in here!Property Manager Responded

April 2, 2025Been a wild experience that’s for sure… moved out here to a one bedroom then found out that we were having a baby then moved down stairs to a two bedroom. While at the two bedroom. My tires and rims got stolen off my car, my bike got stolen off my balcony, friends cars have gotten towed, but other than those, I still really enjoy living here, just gotta update the security hereProperty Manager Responded

March 13, 2025Nobody picks up there dog poop around here, the dog poop trash can next to my building hasn't been empty since I moved in and every time I walk by it smells like dog poop. A lot of things need to be fixed and aren't getting fixed. I was recommended this place and highly disappointed.Property Manager Responded

Maintenance requests aren’t resolved within a reasonable timeframe. There’s no sense of security, considering the gates are always broken and anyone can come & go as they please.
