August 9, 2025I love the sense of community here! I'm really happy with my choice. The apartment itself is spacious and well-designed, with plenty of natural light. I particularly love the modern kitchen and the in-unit laundry. The building also has a great gym. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shops and restaurants. The management team is very responsive and addresses any maintenance requests quickly. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking ...for a comfortable and convenient place to live. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. The apartment is spacious, well-lit, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, making cooking a pleasure. I highly recommend this apartment comp.Property Manager Responded

June 23, 2025When I first moved in at the Regalia, I was super excited! I fell in love with my unit. The floor plan was everything that I wanted! But this has been by far the worst experience in apartment living that I have ever had and has continued to get worst since moving in in April. Starting with appliances not working to major water leaks and black mold growing on the walls.Property Manager Responded

June 10, 2025I've only been here 2 months but it seems to be a nice community. The grounds are clean and quiet. My apartment faces the highway so I get to see some really pretty sunsets.Property Manager Responded
