They keep the property looking great as well as handling all work orders quickly and correctly. Patience, the property manager, is also very friendly as well as helpful. Great first apartment
July 24, 2025Great first apartment, close to fort bragg and close to a lot of stores, restaurants, and fast food places. The pool is lovely too. No bug issues inside either except for your occasional southern bugs outside. The maintenance men Diego & Rafael are kind and quick to finish work orders no matter how tedious. Roach Motel
October 4, 2021This entire complex has a roach infestation problem. I moved into my apartment only DAYS after someone else had moved out and there were roach carcasses and live roaches throughout the unit. I took it upon myself to use home defense outside of the home hoping that’s resolve the problem but no. Roaches of all sizes would still end up in my home. My kid had NEVER seen a roach before moving here and now they’re worried about seeing them everywhere. They’ve been in the closet, the bathroom, the ...bedroom, the living room, the wall, the kitchen, the 1/2 bath. Everywhere. The rent you pay here is a slap in the face. Nothing Luxurious
December 19, 2018Maybe when these apartments were built in 1996, they were luxurious then...bc now, what’s luxurious about having carpet with no padding underneath? The appliances are still stuck in the 90’s & the walls are paper thin. Of course, management was super nice upon moving in. Why wouldn’t they be? It’s a business & afterall, why would anyone want to move somewhere if your first impression is a bad one? Cosmetically, these apartments look nice, but that’s about it.Review from Apartments.com

October 20, 2017they have rules but literally no one follows them. i have no idea why these apartments have “luxury” in the name because there is nothing LUXURY about them. if you think hearing stereos blaring at night, bugs EVERYWHERE and I MEAN EVERYWHERE!!!, dated/crappy appliances, thin ceilings and walls, neighbors who try and run you over with their vehicle, dog poop everywhere outside, and ridiculous parking arrangements are A LUXURY...then this place is for you. all my issues have been reported to ...management and it’s always the same response basically...”sorry you feel that way.” i’ve tried getting out of our lease a few times but i just don’t have $2,000 extra to pay the penalties. this place looked so nice on the internet before we moved here from out of state but never again will i let a website and a friendly leasing agent over the phone and email cloud my judgment. the regency got me...don’t let them fool you too!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
