    I’ve lived here for more than 10 years and love all the activities that the office does for us. We have all types of meets and greets. Thank you to John and Junior at the office. Thank you also Dave for taking care of my needs when something will break down.

  • Exellent Management and Maintenance!

    John is a really great manager, cares about the people who live here. Also in the office is Junior, who steps up and does what it takes to get things done as well. The maintenance team, especially Dave, is the best. A service request I made was taken care of within a couple hours. Very happy to be living here.

    Regency is very good about fixing issues when we put in maintenance requests. Dave is helpful and makes sure things are fixed properly in our apartment.

    Office staff is very friendly and know you by name. If something is broken, they are quick to respond to get it fixed. Only con I have experienced, are the occasionally loud neighbors. But you get that with any apartment style living.

    DO NOT APPLY TO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. I applied then found out there was not an apartment available. After the $20 fee to apply I was then charged $100 for the processing of my application and not accepting an apartment that was not available. Having to pay 2 fees for 1 process seems extreme. It makes me wonder what the fees are after you move in for something routine.

    trying to get repairs or air conditioning recharged is a nightmare,they won't fix leak and won't charge air conditioning. maintenance no called no showed two times for a repair appointment. only 132 units here and they can't keep it repaired many long time renters have left and were leaving soon too. to many problems here not worth it go rent a house.
