20+ available units since late January/poor overall experience
March 17, 2024This property is poor because of the requirements to get in they have 20+ units available and it’s been that way since the ending of January. Applied twice and make 3x the rent and denied both times we called and attempted to find out why we was denied and they said they didn’t know and finally second the time the property manager sent a link to get the screening report and guess what I called and spoke with a lady and they said it would be emailed within 2 days still to this day I am waiting for ...it. So I wouldn’t recommend applying here until they get a change in management or a change in their requirements and should at least make it clear on what is the deciding factor. The homes are lovely and would definitely love to live in one but if it’s hard to get in there then I guarantee it’s a struggle to get anything fixed or contact anyone.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
