Nice, Tri-city Rentals overall is good
April 30, 2020I lived there for almost 2 years. Very quiet, plenty of parking space. Area looks great outside, trees and grass. Management is helpful and polite. maintenance works well and coordinated, they helped me to pull the bed up the third floor once! I like the apartment arrangement and kitchen set up. Big patio window and the balcony. Neighbors are super quiet and sometimes don't even say hello or anything. Sometimes I smell weed in the hall, never had incidents though. Close to the School so area is ...low crime, lots of grocery stores and shopping around. Car dealerships are close. 25 min to airport, 25 min to downtown.
