Regency Heights Apartments Perry Reid Properties
August 14, 2015Our apartment complex has spacious two and three bedroom apartments and a great apartment manager and maintenance man. We are currently getting new siding and the parking lot has been repaved. The rent is reasonable, $525 for a two bedroom with new above the counter microwaves. Dishwashers are included and there is coin operated laundry. Pets are allowed, which is almost impossible to find anywhere else in town. There is ample parking and a patio in the back of the building to sit out and ...have a cup of coffee and listen to the birds. The hallways are in the process of being decorated and the lobby has been updated with an electric fireplace. The only downside is the view. It is located near a truck repair shop and it's not very scenic , at least from my side of the building (south side). However, there is a nice park a couple of blocks away with a nice playground and a wading pool for the kids. Residents are screened well, and things are pretty quiet here. I recommend living here. I have been here for five years now and am moving next year to another Perry Reid property based on my positive experience here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
