    I've only been here a few weeks. But so far so good. The office staff are friendly and professional. I've made a few requests for maintenance issues, and for the most part, they have responded quickly. The gate to the community is extremely loud every time it opens or shuts. Hopefully they will replace it soon or oil it so that the squeaking stops.

    I have been here for almost 4 years. In general the staff is receptive and so far I am very pleased. However , it would be nice if they enforce the rules to the Regency, such as non- smoking and picking after the dogs.

    Loved to stay in this community. Maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful. The fun events were very exciting. The pool and play place are amazing, my daughter loved to play there.

    The place is fine. We didn’t have a good experience moving in. We have yet to have our lease agreement that was shared that we will get a copy of. There are other things as well.
