March 7, 2026Mr brooks have been such a help with my application process. I moved in on the exact date and he made the process very smooth. I love my two bedroom and the upstairs is amazing. The fact that I’ve been working on my credit and got approved with no hassle is such a blessing. Everything worked out just in time and I couldn’t be more appreciative. The Office Staff Had 7 weeks to get unit fully functional
January 11, 2026My new tenant file doesn't reflect the truth. There should be an audit. The check list completed is fraudulent. None of the outlets in the livingroom as well as the front porch light work, circuit breaker needs to be replaced. I wasn't able to walk the Apt unit until the day that I moved in bc it had no power. Dishwasher is completely broken with dirty disgusting smelling water inside of it. Spider webs on the ceiling above the stairs. The rain drainage system is faulty causing the rain to pour ...from the damage drain smacking into the wood fence as well as the brick wall right outside of my apt unit. This is highly unacceptable, unprofessional, and unethical. I do not recommend. I am so disappointed.Property Manager Responded

December 15, 2025Overall, Compass is a pretty cool apartment complex. The location is convenient, the community is quiet, and the space itself is comfortable and well laid out. My main issue has been pest control—roaches do make their appearances from time to time, which can be frustrating. If that were handled more consistently, this would easily be a five-star place.
