May 3, 2026I enjoy living here. I really want the necessary amenities to be upgraded. Stove with an actual oven light, 2 large burners, and 2 small burners. The floors in my place are so annoying. They creek with every step. All vacancies should be upgraded before interest from current residents and potential prospects. Possibly a basketball hoop where the pool is located. Screens for the patio doors to allow natural airflow and prevent bugs from coming in. But overall, they really do a great job being on ...top of issues when reported. March 7, 2026Mr brooks have been such a help with my application process. I moved in on the exact date and he made the process very smooth. I love my two bedroom and the upstairs is amazing. The fact that I’ve been working on my credit and got approved with no hassle is such a blessing. Everything worked out just in time and I couldn’t be more appreciative.
