Regency is so incredibly nice. Hardly anything ever happens here. The leasing staff and maintenance are usually pretty quick to lend a hand and get things done. I also love the different events that they offer, and they're always keeping us updated on what's going on in the area. I've been here 3 years now, and I'm glad I renewed for another year!

There is always fun events to go to. The pool is a nice temperature and the lounge furniture is comfortable. The rent is decent. The area is very quiet. Apartment AC works wonderfully. Overall happy

I received a $300 increase in 2024. An increase in 2025 and another increase in 2026. Nothing new has been updated to my apartment. I am experiencing water leakage under my dining area floor. They brought a huge humidifier that had to run for 4 days straight. My electric bill is always $170.00. this month it jumped up to $200 plus. I have issues with packages being delivered. A huge tree covers the building #. I have asked to have it cut down a few times. I get nothing from the office. I don't ...

I enjoy living here. I really want the necessary amenities to be upgraded. Stove with an actual oven light, 2 large burners, and 2 small burners. The floors in my place are so annoying. They creek with every step. All vacancies should be upgraded before interest from current residents and potential prospects. Possibly a basketball hoop where the pool is located.
