My experience has been ok. The challenges I’ve faced were my apartment not being up to standards when we first moved in to our upgrade. And truthfully it has been constant issues here and there. Maintenance are ok. I have my favorites who really do the job great. I would love if they upgraded the kids playground. It’s outdated. The laundry facility I wished they owned to bring in revenue and upkeep it. It’s a stable place and safe.

The community is quite where I live, it's close to a variety of shops at Camp Creek, so you can definitely can have a day out.The property itself is kept up,only wish the walls were not so thin when it comes to a noise barrier. They do need better materials when putting in carpet so the floor doesn't squeak when walking...Ignoring!!

I am currently moving in, and my experience so far is great! I really like the formal and professional way they do things. Whenever I submit a request, they respond very quickly. Shakim is extremely kind and helpful. I also love that there is 24-hour security, which makes me feel very safe. Highly recommend!

Put in a maintenance request Wednesday and it got done Thursday morning! Just moved in an I already love the community and the area! The new place fits me well and I like that it is close to the airport which allows more convenience to my travel.

Regency is so incredibly nice. Hardly anything ever happens here. The leasing staff and maintenance are usually pretty quick to lend a hand and get things done. I also love the different events that they offer, and they're always keeping us updated on what's going on in the area. I've been here 3 years now, and I'm glad I renewed for another year!

There is always fun events to go to. The pool is a nice temperature and the lounge furniture is comfortable. The rent is decent. The area is very quiet. Apartment AC works wonderfully. Overall happy

I received a $300 increase in 2024. An increase in 2025 and another increase in 2026. Nothing new has been updated to my apartment. I am experiencing water leakage under my dining area floor. They brought a huge humidifier that had to run for 4 days straight. My electric bill is always $170.00. this month it jumped up to $200 plus. I have issues with packages being delivered. A huge tree covers the building #. I have asked to have it cut down a few times. I get nothing from the office. I don't ...
recommend these apartments. I am truly stuck here another year. It is torture.
