December 5, 2025Regency Park Apts have had it's up n downs like most Apartment living, but overall it's been good. The community really tries to bring the community together, by hosting different events, parties etc. The staff is great, they have security on site as well.Review from Apartments.com

October 29, 2025The community is quiet. The parking is not that well. There's no assigned parking spots so you'll have to park away from your door/building sometimes. The place has a roach infestation I've been putting in request for pest control since we moved in.Property Manager Responded
