December 15, 2025Overall, Compass is a pretty cool apartment complex. The location is convenient, the community is quiet, and the space itself is comfortable and well laid out. My main issue has been pest control—roaches do make their appearances from time to time, which can be frustrating. If that were handled more consistently, this would easily be a five-star place. December 5, 2025Regency Park Apts have had it's up n downs like most Apartment living, but overall it's been good. The community really tries to bring the community together, by hosting different events, parties etc. The staff is great, they have security on site as well.Property Manager Responded

October 29, 2025The community is quiet. The parking is not that well. There's no assigned parking spots so you'll have to park away from your door/building sometimes. The place has a roach infestation I've been putting in request for pest control since we moved in.Property Manager Responded
