April 21, 2021Getting woken up at 8am in the morning from banging and slaming from them working on the next apartment sorry but not everyone works a 9 to 5 job and people need sleep place is pathetic... Do not go here save your money please.Property Manager Responded

Well-kept, quiet beautiful community in a perfect location!
February 10, 2021Incredibly well-kept, quiet and peaceful community nestled in the heart of Queensbury. The office staff, Theresa and Bill are absolutely wonderful- some of the most friendly, helpful management you will find in any apartment community! The apartments are beautiful, spacious and the community also has a nice pool and tennis courts. You can't go wrong by checking out Regency!Property Manager Responded

April 18, 2019The best things about living at Regency Park Apartments North are: (1) the rent is very reasonable; (2) I can have my cat, as the complex has a designated pet-friendly building; (3) The complex feels secluded, with trees and lots of well-maintained lawn and gardens, yet is just minutes away from shopping and grocery stores; and (4) the maintenance crew is terrific. If I inform the office of a problem, they usually send someone over with 24 hours. The office people are friendly and helpful. The ...complex feels very safe, and there is a security door into each building. I have a nice balcony for sitting outside my sliding glass doors in nice weather. The complex is fairly quiet, in spite of the large number of apartments in the complex. The noise between apartments is minimal. When I moved in, my apartment was very clean and newly painted, the carpet was new, and the appliances were very up-to-date. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to others.Property Manager Responded
