I LOVE it here at Regency Park for many reasons!
February 15, 2026I love it here at Regency Park! I have been here for over three years now. Signed a new lease for another 14 months. Every interaction with the management team is always friendly and caring. Always attended to my needs and requests. Also, the maintenance staff is here to assist, friendly, and does a great job at any given time. Any issues I have had have been addressed promptly. I have no car, so it is great to live not far from major stores, local shops, dining, and Roosevelt Mall. The SEPTA ...Fox Chase Station is across the street, which is so convenient! My family and friends say how much they love my apartment when they visit. I find this place convenient to all the places I need to be. It's a clean and safe place to reside. I will definitely recommend it if you are looking for a new place to live.Property Manager Responded

April 26, 2023I love it here! The maintenance staff gets all my work orders done quickly, the office staff is amazing and take care of the residents, and I love my actual walk-in closets! I recommend this place :)Property Manager Responded

April 20, 2022I've been here for 3 years now. the old office staff was so rude. It was amazing. The place has new managment and they are fantastic. Patrick, Kevin and Debra are very polite. They answer your questions and get results in a timely maner. . The maintenance crew is also new. Willie, Armondo and the rest of the crew get things done quickly. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
May 9, 2021If I can give this place 0 stars I would. This is the worst place someone can possibly move into. I’ve lived here for 2 years & just recently switched to an apartment in the front. These buildings are INFESTED WITH WATER BUGS, ROACHES, & MICE. I’ve had 4 mice in my kitchen & a bunch of water bugs in the lobby as well as in my apartment. Everything in this apartment is falling apart & maintenance don’t do nothing to fix anything. They’re all lazy & fix things in a rush. The walls are thin as paper ...so you hear everything as well. Please Pick Something Else
March 24, 2021The place is surrounded on both sides by Super Loud Running Trains, that run Non-Stop. The price is definitely not worth it, the people are super loud as well and the office Never Ever Ever picks up the phone. The only thing that’s good there is Maintenance. June 14, 2020I’ve am giving the Regency Park a one start due to the PEST, ELEVATOR NEVER WORKING, and the PATCH WORK! Please rent somewhere else! There are big water bugs everywhere, I tried everything to get rid of them but nothing works. 2weeks ago we had a power outage and my family and I had to go get our belongings, we were jumping over bugs, it was the craziest thing I have ever seen in my life! For the 1st 6months I’ve had ongoing mice problem, but it hasn’t been so bad recently. Now I am moving in ...July and the elevator is not working!!! Pay attention to the details if you visit sloppy paint nasty bathrooms
June 4, 2020I live here now and from these reviews your think it was a peach but it’s not. Nothing works we have no kitchen ventilation. the fire alarm is always going off and literally takes hours for it to be turned off. The power is always going out this place is filled with rodents and roaches they have people come out every other week and it still doesn’t help. they are way over priced they showed me my apartment with looked nice i put my money down and when I went to put the rest down they said ...something brought they pulled the bait and switch lol my neighbor are always smoking marijuana and you can smell it in my apartment it’s i can hear the people water running from their bathroom.. the walls are paper thin you can easily hear your neighbors have a conversation i really wish i waited so please save your time and money this place is not the move !Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
