My fiancé and I were moving to Boston for the first time. We knew we wanted to live outside the city, but be somewhere close by and Regency was just the place! The management team were great throughout the entire process, remaining in contact with us and checking in to guide us along the way. The location is beautiful and only a short ways from the city, yet still feels far enough away to enjoy a lake or park day. We love our decision!

This is a great place to live, especially if you have pets. The staff is very amiable and approachable and the quality of the apartments is excellent.

Small but happy community with spacious and private apartments. There are several layouts to choose from which caters to many different people. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional and made our move in very smooth. We are very happy here.

Regency Place is a great place to live. It felt like home from the time I applied to become a resident. Lorraine who works here was great. She went above and beyond. She kept me up to date with everything that was taking place. I am able to say that myself and family consider this place our home. The office keeps the residents up to date with everything taking place. Also once a month they do a residents appreciation night. Its great.
