During the whole process of the application, tour, and interest in this property - the managers on site went above and beyond to make sure we found our dream home! Their responses to any questions or concerns were prompt, and thorough. The complex is safely gated, clean, and overall a welcoming cozy environment. after 10 years of living at regency plaza apartment I have to move out of state for a year, I just came back to the same place because I couldn't find a better home like Regency Plaza Apartment. Very Nice management, quick and clean service when you need it. and simply best apartment in the block.

I am so disappointed about the Apartment. Before I applied this place I read all the reviews and people said their car got towed. I was wondered probably they just had unassigned car and parked on their assigned lot. I have assigned lot with my car license plate with all the papers and my car got towed within less than a week after I moved in. I don't recommend anyone should move in just because you will be the lucky one. I will guarantee you that your car will be towed at your own expense.

Nice quiet place to live

We had a very good experience living at Regency Plaza apartments. Very quiet place. Good honest neighbors. We always get packages at our door and never had a problem. I like that there’s security cámaras all around the complex. I like that is a gated community. My daughters enjoy the heated pool. We enjoyed the gas grills and the green areas. They always repair everything right away, friendly management.

Terrible MGMT and poor quality apts

Been here 2 years. The reviews about the management are true, they make EVERYTHING as difficult as possible (I once needed a temp parking pass for a rental car and the office demanded that I have my mechanic call them and tell them the exact number of days or they wouldn’t issue a pass and said I would get towed). They also lure you with promises of a secure, gated complex however the only camera that is turned on is the one facing the front gate entrance and they just said “Oh sorry we dont have ...

those ones on” when I asked why none of the cameras all over the complex work (they have placebo ones placed all over). The hired security company also only seems to make like one 5 minute round like once a week at night. The apartments themselves are old, and have been clearly repainted and repaired NUMEROUS times with subpar materials. Our heater has not worked the entire time we have lived here. We had a black mold outbreak in our wall in the second bedroom and when we went to tell them they tried to tell us it was our responsibility to clean it and that it must be our fault that the mold started growing because we dont “open the window enough” (it ended up being a leak coming from the outside drainpipe, they just replaced the drywall with pieces of plywood and repainted it). When we went to resign our lease originally, they said we had some complaints in our first lease period, but they were never ONCE brought up to us at any point and now when we went to resign the lease they suddenly dropped all these complaints on us and said we would need to pay the month by month rate (which is several hundred dollars more) for one month as a “trial period” to see if it was going to work out. We asked why we were just hearing about the complaints now they said “We didn’t think it was that big of a deal to bring it up at the time”. All in all the whole place has felt like one big, misleading scam and we are happy to go

Looks nice on pictures wanted to view an available unit but women in the office sounded very unfriendly and wasn’t helpful at all. So forget it!

I would give Zero starts if I could! Being a resident here I can say that I would never recommend anyone live here! Manager Alicia is rude, obsessive, and makes an effort to make living here unbearable with her attitude and the way that she treats people (As the online reviews she has can corroborate). Random and often insisted and forced entry in non emergency situations is always a looming stressor here; construction at 8 am in the morning, the walls and floors are so thin neighbors will always ...

complain about any walking across your floor after 10 pm. Consistent construction, lawn mowing, and tree cutting at 8 am in the morning on weekends makes it impossible to sleep in. Alicia expects that you will allow her to let her self in your home when ever she sees fit; and has a terrible attitude on the phone (Debbie and the other manager are very sweet though).Its impossible to have any friends over; i had just my cousin over reading a paper i wrote and we got a knock on the door saying our voices were to loud! We were asked to keep our windows closed when ever we are talking! The downstairs neighbor complains any time I sweep my patio, insisting dust and water spill down on to her patio.Many of the other reviews you see that talk about proximity to things to do are clearly fake, you have to drive to Fullerton for dancing. I encourage anyone or her Manager to sort through all the reviews on all the review websites and see how many other residents and applicants had the same things about management, and the property to say! RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!

My fiance and I rented a studio apartment and we love it! It is very large, it is more like a one bedroom apartment instead of a studio! Regency Plaza is a place to call home indeed. The prices are the most affordable around. The open spaces, pool, gas grills outside make for a very nice area also. The clubhouse is underused for sure. The maintenance staff are quick to respond to any issue and the management, albeit not perfect, are very proactive. Schools and parks nearby. Easy access to the 5, but the fireworks at Disney are not quite as impressive when you have to hear their loudness every night!

This is the perfect apartment complex if you love an easy walk to downtown Disney/Disneyland also down the street from the Garden Walk where you can have a great time dinning, dancing and enjoying a movie. If you have children either in Junior High or Elementary you have Ball Jr high literally next door and Palm Lane elementary right down the street. The complex is well maintained and Overall a very peaceful area you can call home!
