Hidden gem
March 2, 2023Family owned! Wow. I thought most places in town were run by big companies anymore. I was a little confused as I thought this was a hotel at first lol. The lobby seems as if it was at one point. Nice to have access to an elevator. People seemed friendly. They didn't have a 3 bedroom (what I needed) so had to look elsewhere but rooms were large. Oh... they didn't allow dogs.Review from Apartments.com
Family style living at its best
February 3, 2020Rent is not by the room... We were not charged by the head (as if we were cattle). This was a nice change from the way the rest of rentals around campus are going. Quiet building. Glad I found it. As a new mother this has been a godsend for safety!Review from Apartments.com
Quietest building I have ever lived in
April 19, 2018Say what you will about the housing around campus but this is by far the quietest building I have ever lived in. The owners actually manage the property (rare these days) and keep the lobby and grounds clean. I feel as if I am treated like family. You do not hear anything in your apartment so you are free to focus on studies, reading, whatever... I have lived here for over 4 years.
