Best place I've ever lived!
September 24, 2016I've rented at Regent Park for seven years now and wouldn't live anywhere else in Nashua. The recent renovations look great; having an in-house washer and dryer is amazing; hot water does not run out; the office employees are friendly and helpful; if anything does go wrong, maintenance is on-site and looks into it the same day. The price is very good for the area and the location is fantastic (close to a main road with a traffic light but on what is virtually a dead-end road, so there is not a ...lot of through-traffic). Heat is included in rent (a huge benefit in New England!) and they do a great job plowing and shoveling the parking lots and walkways in the winter.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Just what we were looking for!!!
December 4, 2015These apartments lovely. They are completely updated with crown moulding, granite countertops, glass backsplashes and a son shade of carpet in the living room and bedroom. The closet space and extra storage area are more than ample. We have a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment on the first floor with sliding doors that lead out to a great patio. The management here is exceptional! Debbie, the onsite manager, is very professional and a delight to deal with! The maintenance staff are courteous and ...respond very quickly to handle any maintenance needs. August 16, 2015Myself and room mates moved into this complex about a month ago, we have had no complaints. Everything but internet and electricity is covered in your rent, only had to have maintenance over once and they were quick friendly and came on our terms. good neighborhood with useful stores all around. quick highway access.Review from Apartments.com
