I have lived here for a year and a half and have tolerated the homeless people sleeping under the stairs, the next-door shootings, the vehicle break-ins and a plethora of other things about this place. The parking situation, on the other hand, is miserable. Just recently, all on-ground parking anywhere near my apartment has been turned into “pay-to-park” spaces that are ALL empty. The top-floor parking garage visitor parking is now where residents park, so enjoy telling your friends that they ...
can’t park here or they’ll get towed. The only thing the roaming on-site security guard/vehicle does is mark cars to be towed. Couldn’t care less about their residents. Find anywhere else to live.

Hello, we thank you for your feedback. The Registry has recently acquired a new security team to prevent such happenings such as unauthorized persons on property. The shooting next door was found to be a hoax, as stated by WBKO. The Registry is also working with the new security team to prevent such break-ins on property but crime is everywhere. Our new reserved parking is filling up fast, so please reach out to our office if you would like to take advantage of it at: 270-843-9292. The Registry does ensure that no residents are parking in visitor parking and requires residents to pick up a parking pass.
