The staff at Remington Cove has been excellent throughout our move in experience. Weve lived there about a month now and have found all the amenities to be available and clean. The grounds crew, cleaning crew, and service personnel have been outstanding as well! I would highly recommend living here!

We have been here about a month now and really like our new apartment: the layout, the color scheme, the community/area (very quiet), the people/neighbors/dogs:). Maintenance responded immediately to a very minor issue when we moved in, and management/office staff have been very responsive as well. We really like it here!

My experience with Remington Cove was extremely poor. So much so that I broke my lease 5 months early just to leave. For the amount we pay in rent, I expected the dog park to be in a condition my dog could play in. Having a fence is great, but only if the gates actually shut. The dog bin is left full for days and after Amanda shared on the community page that they can't test the poo if it has been left out for a few hours, no one cleans up after their dogs after maintenance leaves for the day. ...
Because of the aforementioned gates, the park isn't secure. Other people from the area will let their dogs in, keeping us who live there, from being able to enjoy the park. Amanda, the main manager, is the hardest person to get in touch with. I will have to sendore than one email to get a response or go through Josh, who is also a manager, but everyone is under the impression that he is treated like an assistant, as things have to go through Amanda. This would be fine, if she could do anything. It took 3 months to get keys that work correctly. It only got done because Amanda went on Vacation, leaving Josh to do her work. Within 4 hours of contact with Josh, our key situation was fixed. After pestering for 5 months, between emails and office visits, I finally got out name in the call box. However, they were only in the box for the front, which is silly considering parking is in the back, I still had to run down to let my family in, this was never changed. For 5 months we were paying Remington Cove for electric as well as Dakota County. We finally got that figured out December. I was reimbursed the money. Since winter has come, maintenance does an okay job of shoveling and salting. The issue is they only do the stairs. Leaving us to do the walkway to the dog park. It gets so bad that the space between the two gates are glare ice. Myself and my husband both have fallen there. Eventually we ended up salting and chopping ice so it would be safe for not only is, but the other tennants and children. I would never recommend this apartment. I've lived in 2 apartments prior to this, but this is the worst this far. They are supposed to be luxury apartments, I figured I'm spending 2x what I have paid for my previous apartments, and received the worst communication along with the worst apartments I've ever been in. The apartments themselves are beautiful and spacious, but I'd take small and livable with great Management over these any day.

Great place to live. Close to shops and parks. Family and pet friendly. Clean. Safe. With friendly management that makes sure that notices are received by email, door notices, elevator, and entrances/exits posted.

The staff is superior, very knowledgeable, very cordial, & very helpful. The management staff contacts maintenance immediately for any problems to be corrected. The maintenance staff is very timely, corrects problems promptly and easily. Friends & relatives of current renters are highly & strongly recommended to pass positive information to potential renters. The complex is very convenient for shopping & a quiet place to live. I have lived here for awhile, love it & the staff.

I am new to Phase II complex, only a few days. Amanda & Josh are excellent staff to deal with regarding the move into the apartments. The processing went fast & well without any problems. This staff has a vast knowledge of the rental aspects. The apartment area that I reside is nice & quiet without any problems. I would highly & strongly recommend this complex to any potential renter. This is an excellent place to live & all the amenities afforded to anyone. Super place! Tom S
