This should be your last option
July 18, 2023Absolutely awful place to live. The insulation in the units are nonexistent and due to that the electric bill was coming out to 200$+ every month!!! The place is infested with roaches and fleas; it’s so bad when you even walk to your car you’re covered in fleas. When brought to management attention they say they can’t do anything. The condition of the building alone is terrible it needs to get taken down and re-done it’s so bad. The crime is also very bad; our car got broken into and the “ ...security” doesn’t exist I’ve never seen them not once. There is trash everywhere and homeless people walk around the complex digging through the trash. People also drive their cars on the grass essentially making it nonexistent and so there’s just mud everywhere. The ONLY good thing was our neighbors. Rent at Own Riskj
November 11, 2019While I never had issues with the staff themselves as they have been helpful, they do lack follow through and their pest control company is not up to standard in my opinion. I got bedbugs from the neighbor next door who was conveniently evicted (I did see cops talking to him for some reason) or just left back in June. I finally had to move out in October for my own safety and mental health because they never took care of the problem after the first spraying. February 5, 2016I am applying now. Alex in the office is awesome! The property is well kept and the apartments are spacious. I have been apartment shopping for 2 weeks and even enlisted an apartment locator. Everything was small with a LARGE move in total. High deposits, high application fees and some even had administration fees. Geeez! Who's really pocketing that money? Just Moved To Remington House
June 28, 2013The office staff is wonderful. They all work with the residents, maintenance is exceptional. I called about a leak and they had a maintenance man over within 30 minutes to look at the problem, it was a simple fix..
