Absolutely awful place to live. The insulation in the units are nonexistent and due to that the electric bill was coming out to 200$+ every month!!! The place is infested with roaches and fleas; it’s so bad when you even walk to your car you’re covered in fleas. When brought to management attention they say they can’t do anything. The condition of the building alone is terrible it needs to get taken down and re-done it’s so bad. The crime is also very bad; our car got broken into and the “ ...
security” doesn’t exist I’ve never seen them not once. There is trash everywhere and homeless people walk around the complex digging through the trash. People also drive their cars on the grass essentially making it nonexistent and so there’s just mud everywhere. The ONLY good thing was our neighbors. I’d give no stars if I could.

I got bedbugs from the neighbor next door who was conveniently evicted (I did see cops talking to him for some reason) or just left back in June. The office staff is wonderful. They all work with the residents, maintenance is exceptional. I called about a leak and they had a maintenance man over within 30 minutes to look at the problem, it was a simple fix.. The apartment is very spacious and their pet friendly, I couldn't ask for a better place to live. They treat everyone like family here.
