Azalea Review
July 21, 2025We moved into the Azalea back in February and have been really happy here so far. Our first-floor 1 bed/1 bath apartment has a lovely view of the tree line behind the building, and all the windows let in so much natural light—it’s one of our favorite things about the place. We opted for an un-renovated unit, so it has carpet throughout and older appliances, but everything is still in great shape. One downside: there are quite a few spiders, but pest control usually takes care of them for about a ...month at a time. Also, unlike the upstairs units with fireplaces, ours has a recessed wall where one would be—kind of strange, but we’re planning to use it for our Christmas tree, which will be perfect! The lighting is a bit dim overall, so we’ve found lamps really help brighten up the space. Maintenance has been fantastic—always quick and helpful—and the leasing office staff are absolutely wonderful. It’s always a pleasure interacting with them. Our building is well-maintained both inside and out, and they just repaved the parking lot, which was a nice update. Overall, we’re really enjoying both our apartment and the community. Great place to call home
July 13, 2025Well maintained grounds and buildings, responsive maintenance crew, average price, decent size and most units are newly remodeled, new park and bbq area, decent pool. The staff occasionally plan community events. They have a nice gym as well. The property is also close to I-90 and shopping.Property Manager Responded

waste of time
June 4, 2025my partner called earlier today and was told we could stop by before 6 pm today to tour. we each drove 45 minutes from our locations only to be told that they are closed for training and are unable to catch up because of “you know, the software change” (no I don’t know), and non stop phone calls and people stopping in. The interaction was less than a minute; so quick that I didn’t even have time to process and verbally reply, the agent was already closing the door on our face. We were told we ...could come back tomorrow for sure but their word doesn’t really mean anything at this point. I hope at least some of those “non-stop” calls and walk-ins are prospective residents, since they just lost two. If this is how they treat future residents, I can’t imagine their response to current residents. don’t bother replying with a generic “sorry that interaction didn’t meet our standards” message, I wouldn’t want you to fall even more behind.Property Manager Responded

January 11, 2025My time renting at Remington Place has been great! Maintenance is prompt for both routine and urgent matters. My unit is spacious and I barely hear my neighbors (which is a huge upgrade from my last apartment complex). The leasing office staff is very helpful and the events they host are always so welcoming! second lease for a reason
January 5, 2025Outsides it being a bit pricey (everywhere is now) This place is great. Staff are kind and very quick and responsive and so is the maintenance team. The unit themselves are nice and we have an in unit washer and dryer in its own laundry room. That was a big selling point for me and I’m willing to pay extra bucks for that! STAY AWAY
December 16, 2024If I could give 0 stars I would. Their management is TERRIBLE, I've lived in many apartments and I've seen a company as shady as Remington Place. A few years ago they never gave us any notice when we needed to let them know if we were moving out, we gave them plenty of notice and they said it wasn't enough and we would have been hit with a massive fee if we moved, so we decided to stay. Then we finally did move out, we cleaned the apartment much better than most people would and they still hit ...us with a fee over $700. FOR WHAT!? Here we are thinking we could get our deposit back and they hit us with this huge fee when we took much more time than other people would have cleaning up the place. We left phone messages and emails asking to explain the charges and no one will get back to us. We just got another email saying this is the final notice to pay. DO NOT TRUST A WORD THEY SAY.Property Manager Responded

September 26, 2023I have been impressed with Remington Place in the time I have lived here! Community areas are well-maintained and comfortable to spend time in. Management/maintenance responds quickly if there are questions or concerns. And the location is great! The community itself is peaceful but it's so close to everything.Property Manager Responded

September 19, 2023We have been living at Remington Apartments since 2020 and truly feel like we are at our home sweet home. We are so impressed with the amenities we have, the responsiveness of the office and maintenance staff, as well as, the constant community centered opportunities for the residents to enjoy, such as pool parties, bbq, resident appreciation activities, etc. The dedication of making the property clean and so well maintained is something we appreciate. All of our family and friends comment on how ...cozy and comfortable they feel when they visit us. Comfortable and Quiet
September 7, 2023We've lived here for a year now and just renewed our lease. Really appreciate how the office and tenants take the no noise after 10 p.m. seriously. The streets within the complex are also quiet and safe to walk in at night. Really recommend this place!Property Manager Responded

Cozy and friendly
September 4, 2023I have lived here for a little over two months, and it is such a comforting place to live. The office staff are attentive and friendly, and they really make an effort to make it feel like a community. Pool is clean and gym is nice. Also, maintenance requests are fulfilled SO quickly!
