We moved into the Azalea back in February and have been really happy here so far. Our first-floor 1 bed/1 bath apartment has a lovely view of the tree line behind the building, and all the windows let in so much natural light—it’s one of our favorite things about the place. We opted for an un-renovated unit, so it has carpet throughout and older appliances, but everything is still in great shape. month at a time. Also, unlike the upstairs units with fireplaces, ours has a recessed wall where one would be—kind of strange, but we’re planning to use it for our Christmas tree, which will be perfect!
The lighting is a bit dim overall, so we’ve found lamps really help brighten up the space. Maintenance has been fantastic—always quick and helpful—and the leasing office staff are absolutely wonderful. It’s always a pleasure interacting with them. Our building is well-maintained both inside and out, and they just repaved the parking lot, which was a nice update. Overall, we’re really enjoying both our apartment and the community. The team here really goes above and beyond!
