This place has a serious roach infestation. The leasing office team is unprofessional. Good luck if you have a maintenance issue. The response time is 2-4 days so hopefully its not urgent and you are not without a refrigerator or toilet like I have been for several weekends. Do not do not do not live here.

Called and spoke with Jennifer by phone to inquire about Apts. She was very professional and assisted me with setting an Appt to view a unit. She also emailed me immediately all the information I would need to apply. When I came to view unit I worked with Cha-Kina who was very friendly and pleasant. Property manager is rude and unprofessional. She’s never on site due to being else where. Your packages are going to get stolen, there’s dog poop on the floor and people smoking in the hallways , find somewhere else if you like you and your things to be respected.

I have been at Remington Pl for a year and all I can say is... I absolutely love this development! I love how it’s managed. I love that there are no nuisance tolerated, whether people or pest. No rodents, roaches or rowdy tenants. Although dated, I love that the building is well-maintained for the most part and maintenance has never been an issue. I love that the walls are solid. I’ve been a resident at Remington place for almost 6 years and during my stay I’ve had a pleasant experience. The staff is always accommodating and professional. I love the fact that I’m near local shops and close to the beltway . The property is always well kept and if there is ever a concern staff will address it immediately. Overall I would recommend anyone to live here ; especially since it’s ALL utilities included.

I have lived here for over a year and I can say I like the property,and the fact the everything local is near the area (bus stops, schools, shopping centers). On the other hand the walls are very thin so I am able to hear the noise of my neighbors next door. Also the a few members in the rental office have nasty attitude's. Overall I would recommend this complex if you are seeking for a temporary place to stay.

This building is very old and requires a lot of maintenance in and out of the apartments. There is work constantly being done to upgrade the place. Have a look in the hallways and staircases and you'll see just how old the place is...leaking pipes and other maintenance issues. But the real deal breaker.....the will increase your rent every year you live there 75-100 dollars....residents hate this!!!

The neighborhood and building are fairly quiet, and the residents I've met so far have been quite friendly.
