Run Away
June 19, 2023This place has a serious roach infestation. The leasing office team is unprofessional. Good luck if you have a maintenance issue. The response time is 2-4 days so hopefully its not urgent and you are not without a refrigerator or toilet like I have been for several weekends. May 23, 2021Called and spoke with Jennifer by phone to inquire about Apts. She was very professional and assisted me with setting an Appt to view a unit. She also emailed me immediately all the information I would need to apply. When I came to view unit I worked with Cha-Kina who was very friendly and pleasant. I loved the unit, the building and the outside grounds as a whole. Everything appears to be very well kept. I can see myself living at Remington Place Apts. I am basically just waiting for the type of ...unit I am looking for to become available, so I can make my move. I am excited this can be my new home.Property Manager Responded

TERRIBLE
May 11, 2021Property manager is rude and unprofessional. She’s never on site due to being else where. Your packages are going to get stolen, there’s dog poop on the floor and people smoking in the hallways , find somewhere else if you like you and your things to be respected.Property Manager Responded

Peace of mind
March 31, 2021I have been at Remington Pl for a year and all I can say is... I absolutely love this development! I love how it’s managed. I love that there are no nuisance tolerated, whether people or pest. No rodents, roaches or rowdy tenants. Although dated, I love that the building is well-maintained for the most part and maintenance has never been an issue. I love that the walls are solid. Its not until I step out of my apartment do I hear any of my neighbors. I’d never thought I would be so comfortable in ...an apartment. There’s nothing like having peace of mind where you lay your head. I am so happy here!Property Manager Responded

ROACHES !!!

Very Pleasant Stay
May 16, 2020I’ve been a resident at Remington place for almost 6 years and during my stay I’ve had a pleasant experience. The staff is always accommodating and professional. I love the fact that I’m near local shops and close to the beltway . The property is always well kept and if there is ever a concern staff will address it immediately. Unpleased Resident
June 30, 2017I have lived here for over a year and I can say I like the property,and the fact the everything local is near the area (bus stops, schools, shopping centers). On the other hand the walls are very thin so I am able to hear the noise of my neighbors next door. Also the a few members in the rental office have nasty attitude's. Overall I would recommend this complex if you are seeking for a temporary place to stay.Review from Apartments.com
A 5 star great place to live
June 15, 2017One of southern Prince George's County Maryland best and only high rise apartments in the Prince George's southern county area . The two elegant lavish T shape 10 story buildings sits on its own isolated hill island the higher the better it has some of the most amazing beautiful views of landscapes of surrounding suburbs homes Malls and manicured lawns . The elegant high rise has a huge parking lot of parking spaces and lots of handicap parking as well a huge lavish swimming pool the very ...best I seen in the county the interior and exterior is always very clean this is by far one of the most peaceful apartments in the area NO loud noises , no children playing on the property , no sitting on the steps , lowest crime , equipped with lots of cameras interior/ exterior , very friendly neighbors , with lots very diverse ethnic groups of neighbors , security access , A 5 star great place to live , great place for walking jogging , Sitting on the balcony enjoying every peaceful sound of nature , close to the beltway MGM National Harbor 210 Indianhead highway just Minutes from Alexandria Virginia .Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Rent Tease Game...
June 2, 2017This building is very old and requires a lot of maintenance in and out of the apartments. There is work constantly being done to upgrade the place. Have a look in the hallways and staircases and you'll see just how old the place is...leaking pipes and other maintenance issues. But the real deal breaker.....the will increase your rent every year you live there 75-100 dollars....residents hate this!!!Review from Apartments.com
First Time Apartment Dweller
September 23, 2015I will admit, I had my fair share of concerns about being a first time apartment dweller, but Remington Place has done a good job thus far to appease them. The neighborhood and building are fairly quiet, and the residents I've met so far have been quite friendly. The well-lit parking areas are definitely a plus, and the management staff has been nothing but helpful and responsive. The best part is being so close to all of the places I frequent most often.
