30+ Days For Maintenance
April 2, 2026The apartments look nice and have decent space. I like that they have all these amenities. They told us the pool was heated but everytime we’ve gone it’s not. It is a bit pricey for having outdated appliances. The microwave is cracked/broken but fixed with glue. Make sure you do a thorough inspection before moving in, ours was just visibly clean. The laundry doors were disgusting from the inside and the bottom of the kitchen cabinets were also pretty dirty. We also found a previous tenants ...leftover clothes in a box. On top of that on the lease it says they charge for EACH of those “cleanings” -.- ! They have an ice machine in the freezer but was told by maintenance it doesn’t filter the water that comes out after we requested a filter change. And if you need work orders done that’ll take up to 2 months if not more so don’t hold your breathe on that. Every time we say something it’s always that they’re backed up over 100 orders that they’ll get to us when they get us. Also make sure you guys look at all their fees, that was my mistake. Do with this information as you will. READ!! YOUR!! LEASE!!!!!!Property Manager Responded

Lalo, the maintenance worker, did a great job taking care of a few of my work orders after deciding to transition to another Apt within Remington Ranch. It was a different layout and a bit of a change. It was needed lol.. Christina, Denise and Victoria helped me make the transition with ease. Overall, my experience has always been pleasant, and I have not ...had anything that I couldn't bring to them without a resolution to get completed with patience and care. Don't live here
May 14, 2023My husband and I rented from Remington Ranch for one year. When we first moved in (June), the community seemed to be ok. As time went on, the community atmosphere got progressively worse. Many nights we were woken up from sirens and police lights. We do not know the reason as to why police were at the location but needless to say, I did not feel safe. Then there was an assault on grounds by the pool. If possible, I would have moved out after the first month. The gates are often broken, lights not ...replaced, and dog poop everywhere! As for the apartment itself, the appliances are old and outdated, washer and dryer need to be replaced, tiles and carpet are gross. Multiple times I went to use the pool and the gates were never unlocked by management. The location of the apartment complex is not ideal as it is right off of West Indian School Rd and is very noisy. The apartment is over priced! If I could, I would leave a zero rating review.Property Manager Responded

dishonest management
April 30, 2023Lived here for 2 years. From the start we were lied too. We were showed a model apartment that had updated appliances and hardwood flooring we were told our apartment would be the same and it was not it had extremely old appliances and old dirty carpet The entire apartment was also extremely dirty and not ready to rent I had to spend several hours cleaning before I could move my family in The gates were always broke and left open allowing anyone to come in, the mail room was broken into ...multiple times and management made no effort to make the mail room more secure The grounds are extremely dirty the only grounds keeping consists of people walking around with leaf blowers blowing large amounts of trash ,rocks and dirt onto patios The pools were almost always closed during hours they were supposed to be open with no notice whatsoever Overall the entire 2 years was a nightmare this complex could be great but the poor, dishonest management have ruined itProperty Manager Responded

Loud with bad management
August 5, 2022Living off Indian school is loud at all hours of the day. Management is never willing to respond unless it’s about money they want from you. Place is going down hill. Save your money and look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

Do not catch COVID while living here
January 28, 2022I caught COVID at the end of December and could not go to work the entire month of January hence not being able to pay bills aka rent. I let management know I have COVID they did not care they evicted myself with COVID my mom and dog any way. During a pandemic this is not a place to live they will evict you regardless. Great place to live

wish I never came
May 19, 2020Came to view as place for my lil cousin, instantly regretted it. The staff is very rude and make you wait for no reason. They lie about things too. Also talked to a few residents and they said that homeless people come through all the time and steal.Property Manager Responded

horrible place
May 19, 2020The management does not know what they are doing at all. They made us give a whole bunch of extra unnecessary information. Then when we were viewing the place we saw some homeless people. this is a gated area with security, apparently not. STAY AWAY!!!Property Manager Responded

Do NOT move here unless you want to feel trapped in a contract
September 1, 2019I moved into this place days before it was purchased by another company. The service has been awful. I have had a bed bug problem (I've never seen a bed bug in my life so it is from the apartment) and they have not been able to help me. Here is what I have gone through: -Aug 16th I wrote a report of having bed bugs at the Remington Range main office. -Aug 19th RR apologized about not coming to my place and said next Monday -Aug 23rd I returned early to remind RR about my Monday appointment. They ...had no record of it so I had to report the bed bugs again -Aug 26th - Nobody came, I complained to find out RR didn't know when someone would be coming in. -Aug 27th - I was told pest control would arrive Friday by RR. I asked if I needed to prep anything, they said "No" -Aug 29th - I checked in with RR to make sure my appointment was still on, they said yes. I asked if I needed to prep anything, they said "No" -Aug 30th - Pest control walks in and out of my place since my unit was not "prepped". RR did not tell me about prepping my place, apologized to me for their mistake, wants me to wait another week, and wants me to pay an "additional fee" as a threat if they would come any other day. -Aug 30th - I send the above information and this note in an email to the RR office "A doctor has told me I was bitten by bed bugs, I am attaching a picture of a bug I caught in my apartment that I believe is a bed bug, and I have not felt like the staff has been supportive in resolving this issue in an appropriate amount of time." The email bounced for some reason. -Sept 1st - I visit the RR office again to let them know I'm taking care of it myself. I am met with no comment. I then mention I might want to leave RR since I only moved here five weeks ago and this new owner is not doing a good job, they let me know that I would be breaching my contract and would have to pay the maximum fine. Do NOT move here unless you want to feel trapped in a contract with a company that is not doing what you are paying them for. Why did I have to pay a pest control fee for this month when they didn't do their job or I'll get hit with a delinquent fee?Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
