Mindy is the BEST! I have lived in several complexes and none of the management have ever been as accommodating, helpful, and understanding as Mindy was. She made my stay at Remington smooth and enjoyable. I was sad to be leaving! I also had WONDERFUL neighbors during my time there. Moving from SW Illinois to NE Ohio was effortless thanks to Mindy and the rest of the Brookwood staff. These townhouses have not been updated since they were built in 1990.. The appliances are old, light fixtures also. The original dishwasher does not work right, dishes are still dirty. Fencing around patios are falling down, they are not painted,some are built one way and painted different colors.front doors are rusting throughput ,they need to be painted again. Sidewalks are falling apart. And their are holes along the sidewalks that someone could fall into.for the price of almost $900.per month they sure don't have money set aside to continue to make improvements in the properties Mr lemmon owns. Formica counters look tacky and cheap. Not luxury as you state!!!
