Great apartments but overpriced! PLEASE READ!
February 20, 2016I have lived here for almost 2 years and they keep on increasing rent every year. It was from $855 for 2Bed/2Bath and it increased to $890 the second year. To renew my lease, it went all the way up to $945. You're $55 away from getting a luxury apartment than this. Now, I have to find somewhere else to live because people have been referring me to apartments that keep the rent steady with minimal increase per lease year. Home sweet home
August 21, 2015After a bad divorce I needed a place that I could call home and be at peace. Searching all over amarillo and living in hotels for a awhile. I found renaissance apartments. Great price, design and especially a place I could call home. I couldn't be more happier. Friendly staff and maintenance personnel who are are there within minutes to fix any problem. The grounds are kept beautiful and the pool is awesome. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone and everyone.Review from Apartments.com
