Great apartments but overpriced! PLEASE READ!

I have lived here for almost 2 years and they keep on increasing rent every year. It was from $855 for 2Bed/2Bath and it increased to $890 the second year. To renew my lease, it went all the way up to $945. You're $55 away from getting a luxury apartment than this. Now, I have to find somewhere else to live because people have been referring me to apartments that keep the rent steady with minimal increase per lease year. It's just ridiculous!

After a bad divorce I needed a place that I could call home and be at peace. Searching all over amarillo and living in hotels for a awhile. I found renaissance apartments. Great price, design and especially a place I could call home. I couldn't be more happier. Friendly staff and maintenance personnel who are are there within minutes to fix any problem. The grounds are kept beautiful and the pool is awesome. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone and everyone.
