January 14, 2026I have lived here for about 15 years and have to say love the new office management! Cheryl is always so lovely no matter how difficult a situation is she is approachable and helpful. Cheryl definitely gets things taking care of in a very timely fashion!. Exceeding Expectations at Renaissance Bay in Patchogue
September 26, 2025I have lived at Renaissance Bay in Patchogue for the past 3 years. I renewed an 18 month lease because I was very happy living here for the first year. I dealt with Nicole and Jennifer my first year with some issues which were solved immediately. They really knew excellent customer service and how to deal with the tenants. During my second year, I met Cheryl and she exceeded my expectations, even more so. She couldn't do enough for me each time I spoke to her. Love Living Here
May 26, 2025I have lived at Renaissance Bay for almost three years. They have made incredible improvements to the gym, the pool and all of the community areas. The staff is amazing. They try to bring in food trucks and vendors and they do everything they can to make our living experience wonderful. The maintenance staff is AWESOME. Quiet, clean, beautiful apartments!
May 21, 2025My husband and I moved into RB 2 months ago and we absolutely love it!! The apartments have been beautifully renovated. The open floor plan is one of the best I have seen for apartments on Long Island. Plenty of closet and cabinet space, the walk in pantry is an amazing bonus! The area is quiet; we don’t hear our neighbors from our apartment which was very important to us when picking a place. The staff is exceptional. If something needs to be fixed you put in a request and it’s answered ...promptly. Nicole in the office is amazing. She helped us moved in and kept us well informed throughout the process. Great upgrades made
May 20, 2025I have lived here for 14 years and under the new management, the upgrades and amenities that have been added our gorgeous. The maintenance team has improved. The office has improved. It’s easy to contact anyone and get any issues resolved. It’s a great place to live.. My children love being able to play outside in a safe space with all of the neighbors. May 16, 2025Living in Senior villas for three years. Renovated apartment is beautiful… minor issues are corrected promptly. Location near main clubhouse is great… maintenance areas are clean and organized. Fun to see work crews hurrying about every day. Amenities have been increasing as renovations continue. One of the Best Decisions I Ever Made
May 12, 2025I have been in my apartment for eight years, and I am very glad I made this choice. I love the layout, with a spacious master bedroom and a spare room that I use for working out. There is a comfortable-size living room, an eat-in kitchen and enough closet space to house all of my belongings. Of course an apartment complex is only as good as the people who run it. From the office personal to the maintenance crew, the staff is at once accommodating and friendly, fulfilling every need with a ...cheerful smile. The complex features two clubhouses, one for seniors and a main clubhouse that is loaded with amenities. When you first walk into the main clubhouse, you are greeted with unsurpassed elegance. A quick tour reveals a beautiful ballroom, an impressive fitness center, an indoor pool, a pool table and four large screens for watching tv and movies. Outside, showcases a magnificent outdoor pool, a barbecue area, a playground for the youngsters, pickleball and volleyball courts and even a dog park for your precious pooch. I would heartily recommend this apartment complex for anyone and everyone of any age. My experience living at Renaissance Bay
May 6, 2025I’ve lived here almost 2 years, I feel safe, welcomed by my community and made fabulous friendships. The staff has been more than accommodating. I enjoy taking part in as many activities as I can. Winning bingo is always a bonus on Friday night. I swim as often as I can and enjoy the indoor pool.
