I really enjoy living here. This is my second apartment here at the club. I enjiy the privacy of this apartment very much as well as its a 2 bedroom. However, my first apartment was a 1 bedroom and I loved ur more. I say this to say all the apartments are great regardless of the size!

I really like the apartments, everything was new when I came in, whenever I needed maintenance, it worked really well. Also it's convenient since I work in the school across the street, so I'm very happy that this year I decided to live in these apartments.

It’s a very great apartment. Nice and quiet and when there is an issue, maintenance is on time. however, the only issue is that some of the tenants are constantly putting out that trash near my bathroom window since I am on the first floor

Living at the Renaissance Club Apartments has been a positive experience overall. While I appreciate the attention to detail in the community's exterior, I feel it's time to consider updating the apartments themselves.

Great management and great staff! They do an amazing job with EVERYTHING! Tasheika is very professional and will take care of your issues and concerns in a timely manner. Justin is a great and attentive maintenance member!
