Not A Luxury Experiance
May 29, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comLet me start off my saying this place has the WORST management of all time. They are nasty and do not care about you. We signed our lease in good faith based on the apartment features and layout represented in the lease agreement, including a walk-in closet and master bedroom setup. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to view the unit before move-in, and once we took possession, we discovered the apartment did not match what had been represented. During our tenancy, we also dealt with ongoing ...issues that significantly impacted our living experience. These included persistent roach and bug problems, forcing us to purchase traps and sealing materials ourselves; dirty hallways and poorly maintained common areas despite repeated complaints; consistently unclean laundry facilities with broken machines; and unsafe parking lot conditions with roofing nails and construction debris that caused multiple flat tires at our expense. Additional concerns included trash and debris around the property, poor snow removal during winter, unresolved maintenance issues such as an improperly installed dishwasher replacement, and overall declining property upkeep. We also frequently witnessed police and ambulance activity, as well as verbal and physical altercations on the premises, which contributed to an ongoing sense of discomfort and insecurity. The gym facilities were also poorly managed, with broken equipment, unsupervised children, and unsafe use of machines creating additional safety concerns. Overall, our experience was disappointing due to the combination of misleading representations, unresolved maintenance problems, cleanliness issues, and safety concerns throughout the property.Read More
Live in “Luxury” with cockroaches and mold
February 28, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI would not recommend living here to anyone. If you do, you’ll be spending a lot of money to live in an unsafe and crumbling apartment. The units are renovated and modern, but the buildings are old and have major issues that management is not addressing. We saw cockroaches on multiple occasions while we lived at RH but were told there wasn’t an infestation or cockroach problem (even though we kept seeing them routinely). A water leak caused water damage in multiple units in our building ...resulting in heavy objects falling off walls, walls straight up crumbling and mold. When we moved out we found mold on the back of pictures we had hanging on the walls. This was after being told there “wasn’t any mold” and they charged us for breaking our lease because we didn’t want to live with these safety issues. The only positive thing I have to say about RH is that the maintenance staff is very professional, helpful, and great at what they do. I recommend it to all my friends and family because it’s very family oriented and it’s got plenty of room to walk around the block if you wanted. A place like Renaissance Hills Apartments. I would give 10 out of 10 stars never mind five.
Disappointing Experience with noise and Heating Issues

Despite the apartments being clean and recently renovated, the noise from neighbors, especially upstairs, is unbearable, making it almost impossible to enjoy quiet time at home. Despite providing management with recordings and evidence, they've stated they cannot do anything to address the issue and are unwilling to allow ...a lease break without penalty. Additionally, I've encountered heating issues, with my apartment reaching uncomfortable temperatures during winter and inadequate resolution from management, forcing me to purchase extra heaters. Based on my experience with the noise and heating problems, and the management's lack of effective response, I cannot recommend this building complex.Read More
You’re better off somewhere else

Rent is way to high for no reason. Unless you want to struggle communicating with them do not rent here. They are very petty people without you provoking them to be that way. Please go somewhere else where you and your home is respected and you get what you are paying for respectfully

My rent has been raised by $400 in the time I’ve been here. They charge ridiculously high rent for the area they are located. My car has been broken into while locked 4 times since I have been here when you mention it to the complex they tell you it is not their issue as they do not have cameras or security to check with. I am experiencing a financial hardship and when ...mentioned to the complex they tell you to figure it out or risk eviction. The staff are very rude and disrespectful, I have been laughed at, disrespected and hung up on. This complex is an absolute cesspool and needs a lot of work. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!Read More

I've found children peeping in my first floor windows. The sprinklers shoot directly into my apartment so I can't leave the windows open at night. Dog owners do not clean up after their pets so the place is littered with dog poop. The dog run is completely unusable because it's covered in dog poop. Maintenance and leasing agents drive golf carts all over the place, parking in the middle of the ...road and leaving muddy tire tracks throughout the "manicured lawns". The carpets were not put in properly so there are gaps under the heaters, allowing ants, crickets, and beetles to get in. Do not live here unless you enjoy the constant sound of screaming children, bugs, rude leasing agents, and to top it off, they'll try to raise your rent by $1200 after 1 year.Read More
