Not A Luxury Experiance

Let me start off my saying this place has the WORST management of all time. They are nasty and do not care about you.
We signed our lease in good faith based on the apartment features and layout represented in the lease agreement, including a walk-in closet and master bedroom setup. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to view the unit before move-in, and once we took possession, we discovered the apartment did not match what had been represented.

issues that significantly impacted our living experience. These included persistent roach and bug problems, forcing us to purchase traps and sealing materials ourselves; dirty hallways and poorly maintained common areas despite repeated complaints; consistently unclean laundry facilities with broken machines; and unsafe parking lot conditions with roofing nails and construction debris that caused multiple flat tires at our expense.
Additional concerns included trash and debris around the property, poor snow removal during winter, unresolved maintenance issues such as an improperly installed dishwasher replacement, and overall declining property upkeep. We also frequently witnessed police and ambulance activity, as well as verbal and physical altercations on the premises, which contributed to an ongoing sense of discomfort and insecurity.
The gym facilities were also poorly managed, with broken equipment, unsupervised children, and unsafe use of machines creating additional safety concerns.
Overall, our experience was disappointing due to the combination of misleading representations, unresolved maintenance problems, cleanliness issues, and safety concerns throughout the property.
