How would you like living in the HEART of Charlestown, Indiana? Renaissance Park is conveniently located close to highway 62 and I-265. Phase 1 of the property was completed in 2021, and the new construction units (phase 2) of the property are AVAILABLE NOW! Our luxurious two bedroom, two bathroom apartments feature vinyl wood plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, and ceilings with exposed duct work to give the unit an urban, modern feel. They have a very open floor plan, with beautiful large windows in the living room and bedrooms. The combined gross income for all tenants living in the unit must be equal to at least (3) times the monthly rental amount. We run a criminal background check, a credit history report, and a rental reference if applicable. The shortest lease we offer is a 6 month lease and there is an additional short term lease fee of $100.00 per month! Water, trash, and sewage are included in your monthly rent! Perfect Location! Great Apartment!
April 1, 2025We loved living here! The appliances, space, and location was perfect for what our family was looking for. The apartment is very up to date, modern, and spacious. We loved the high ceilings in the rooms. It’s right next to the dog park, playground, city square, and we always had a parking spot. We always felt safe because it is right across from the police station. Rachel the leasing agent was extremely helpful and always quick to respond. LIMITED PARKING
September 10, 2021Nice place to live, but parking is extremely limited. Have had to park my vehicle outside of the parking lot before. Would not recommend if you work nights or evenings, there is usually no spots left in the lot by the time you get home.Property Manager Responded
October 22, 2021Hi! As the property has just recently filled up to 100 percent occupancy, we have been made aware tenants are having trouble in the evenings finding a spot. We own the lot next door to the property, and have sent notice out to all residents that they are allowed to park in the gravel and utilize the area. For the future, we have included additional parking in the plans of the lot next door to help with the current overflow. We have enough parking spaces per code for the property, but we do understand some units have more than two adults, and therefore need 2 to 3 spaces. We are doing our best to work to accommodate, and thank you in advance for your patience.

i LOVE living here
March 10, 2021I absolutely love living at Renaissance. The buildings are brand new and the interior is classic & simple but modern. The exposed air ducts in some rooms give it an industrial feel and the high ceilings, even on the first floor totally sold me. There is a perfect courtyard for my dog, but we are also right next door to a city park and just a short walk over the dog park, town square, and several restaurants. The property manager and maintenance team are great and have taken care of any need i've ...had asap (new light bulb install and smoke detector battery install....tall ceilings! lol) and are quick to answer or help with any questions.
